The bedroom layout is as follows: This house sleeps 10 – 12 people or 2 families comfortably.

2 master suites - with full ensuites, bath, separate showers, walk in dressing room, TV and private door to pool area. 1 with a King bed and 1 with a Queen
Another Queen room with its own bathroom is at the front of the house.
2 other bedrooms - (sleeps 6 kids) Double bunk beds and two twin beds in the other bedroom.

The house is 2500 Sq feet all bungalow, ceiling fans in master bedrooms and living room area.
