Steel Aweigh is an upscale 10th floor Gulf Front condo with 10’ ceilings and stunning beach views. It has been completely renovated in a modern Industrial Chic / Nautical design. It’s Geek-Ready. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The baths have fully tiled showers, granite counters and high-end vanities and fixtures. The bedrooms and living areas feature custom artwork, large LED TVs and upscale furnishings from Restoration Hardware, Arhaus and custom pieces from an artisan who specializes in industrial design. The kitchen features granite countertops, new slate appliances, upscale gourmet baking amenities and classic white serve-ware.
The design elements will make you feel as if you’ve just stepped into a seaside oil-punk condo - it’s definitely not your grandma’s beach cottage!
Leeward Key is a highly desired, 12 story condo building with stunning Gulf views and a private beach. It is one of the few Destin area properties with a pool right on the beach. The (seasonally-heated) pool has restrooms, outdoor showers and wifi. There’s an additional pool on the north side of the condo building, which has outdoor gas BBQ grills. Leeward Key also has an onsite Fitness Facility and snack/DVD vending machines, and 2 elevators servicing its 12 floors.Features:

You can literally walk next door to Kenny D's Beach Bar N Grill or across the street to Captain Dave's Seafood on the Gulf. Talk about convenience. We are close to restaurants, water sports, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (largest in the south) and Destin Commons. Destin Commons is a unique, open-air village, featuring upscale shopping, casual and fine dining, and a 14-screen, stadium-seating movie theater located 1.5 miles west. Kim G.Most Awesome Condo we have stayed in.
Absolutely loved this Condo. It was just as pictured if not better. Very Masculine and differant than most. Loved the leather furniture and the decor. The 3 D Airplane pictures above the beds were really cool. Kitchen was very clean and well stocked all though we didn't use it with so many wonderful choices to eat great Seafood near by. Large bathrooms with great water pressure in the showers and the beds were most comfortable. Two pools were nice and the Beach was great, came with Beach Set up of Umbrella and 2 chairs so we had a marvelous time. They give you bracelets to wear to get in to the pools and beach, be careful not to wear those into the ocean as you may loose one and they are $25 to replace. My Grandson lost his on the first day, just do not wear into the water and you will be fine. I would definately recommend this condo the price was good, owner was quick to answer and everything was just great on our 7 night stay. Make sure you head down to the 30A when you come down.

We enjoyed our stay at Leeward Keys, the condo was exactly what we hoped for. The beach and the beautiful white sand was very close and easily accessible, or just sitting by the pool overlooking the gulf. The quieter season without the higher volume of travelers was perfect for us.

Beautiful place, great view. Location is close to eating and shopping. No complimentary coffee or toiletry items. Bring your own coffee, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels. Other than that, great place to stay.

Julie L.Spectacular Stay!!
We decided to escape dreary Ohio with our parents and started off our stay in Orange Beach, AL for a week, we were not yet ready to go home and had heard great things about Destin and came upon this beautiful rental in Miramar Beach. To say we were speechless when we checked in would be the understatement of the year. Not only did we all want to take the decor from both this unit and Slip Aweigh home lol but the views, the cleanliness, the proximity to the beach and restaurants without feeling commercial and more like a cute beach town were just to die for. The private beach and the private pool located ON the beach was incredible. We ate at Kenny D’s or made fabulous dishes in the well equipped kitchen (it was actually the most i have enjoyed cooking thanks to the gadgets in the kitchen and the views to look out onto). This was our most favorite vacation of all and we will be making this a family tradition each year. 5 stars is not enough for these units, these were truly beyond our expectations (and we travel all over the world lol) thank you for such a wonderful stay! Counting down till we return!!
