Minutes to Sumter Landing. You will find our home is an open concept and loaded with comfort. IT is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. One king, one queen and one twin bed room. The master suite has a walk in shower with two sinks, two closets and smart TV. Living room also has a smart TV with a roku stick. The dining room table has four chairs and the counter is furnished with four bar stools. Our home also includes a fully enclosed Florida room as well as a covered and screened in lanai. We also offer an outdoor grill/barbecue. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need. All linen and towels are supplied. Village ID’s are issued and give full access to residential amenities including golf. There are 6 pools within a 5 mins golf cart ride from our home.
Because there are so many scams out there, we also offer a facetime call and proof of ownership.

The Villages are located in the heart of Central Florida. Our location offers easy access to the Florida Turnpike and interestate 75. We are approximately 90 mins for the East Coast line and West Coast line…There is a wide variety of golf courses, 15 championship, 43 executive courses and 4 pitch and putt courses. We have approximately 277 pickleball courts, 265 bocce ball courts, 261 shuffle board course and 4 town squares. For arts, we have the Sharon L Morse Performing Arts Center as well at the Savannah Center which hosts many shows. We also have for the nature lovers, 5 different walking trails as well. The Old Mill Playhouse features 8 theatre screens.
