Regency Towers is currently under going improvements. There is jackhammering during the day. The heated pool, hot tub and beach are still open and beautiful. Nighttime is quite. Hence, the much reduced rate. This gulf front, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has newly renovated bathrooms. It sleeps up to 8 people. It is located in the center of the building on the 9th floor overlooking the gulf, pool and snack bar. TWO beach chair rental setups are included. That means you get 4 lounge chairs with cushions and two umbrella set ups for you everyday by the Beach Service Guys. WOW! This is an immense savings and is no extra cost. to you. This is from March 1st till October 31st., 8am to 5pm. I have boat storage across the street and there are two boat ramps located on Grand Lagoon directly across the street from the condo. Ask for price after you book. The kitchen is nicely stocked for entertaining. The living room has a 50" roku tv and each bedroom has a 40" roku tv. The sofa sleeper is queen size. There is a king in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the second bedroom. There is a snack bar on the pool deck and is very good. I own a one bedroom condo with very good reviews. The vrbo # for that is 211762 if you would like to read them. I would like to assure everyone that the comforters are washed after each guest and this is an extremely clean condo. This condo is located on Thomas Dr. in Panama City Beach. It is the quieter end of the beach with great views, beautiful white sand and near St. Andrews State Park. There are two huge pools, one is always heated and a kiddie pool. There are grills, for grilling outdoors. You can rent jet skis and banana boat right on the premises. There is a paddle board and kayak rental across the street.I own Beach Therapeutic Massage across the street for massages and facials. This is an older condo, but very well kept up by the staff and has great old Florida charm. I guarantee you will enjoy your stay!
