Step into this beautifully designed A+ rated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo, offering 1,270 sq. ft. (120 sq. m) of bright, sun-filled living space on the second floor with gorgeous lake and fountain views. Perfect for families and couples this elegant retreat combines coastal charm with all the modern comforts of home.

The master king bedroom with dresser features a solid and elegant furniture collection, island-inspired, equipped with a comfy King-size bedroom set displaying a rich blend of materials, including natural rattan woven wicker, mahogany solids, and veneers in a refined cinnamon finish. Also, it features an ensuite bathroom with a walking shower, and a desk & office chair for remote work. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, with a second bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination nearby. In the living area, you’ll find a cozy sofa, a welcoming TV space, and three TVs throughout the condo, all with cable.

For your convenience, there’s a brand-new stackable washer and dryer. The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including a refrigerator with freezer and automatic ice maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, glasses, and plates. A dining area is included for relaxed meals.

There are also two beach chairs with an umbrella, along with four beach towels provided for your use. We ask that you kindly return all these items in proper condition to the condo for the use of future guests.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, smoking and drugs are not allowed inside the condo or on the lanai. Please enjoy smoking outdoors. A $250 deep cleaning fee will apply if smoke odor is detected. The person who made the reservation must be present for the entire stay, and substitutions are not allowed.

Shorewalk is a pet-free community, and boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis are not permitted.



This condo is designed to be self-sufficient. We provide essentials to get you started on your first day, such as soap, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent. Any additional items you need can be purchased locally.

Area Information

Our condo is located in the Shorewalk Complex along Cortez Avenue in Bradenton, Florida, with a Zip code of 34210, and has been providing a unique experience for visitors to the west coast of Florida since 1988. Located in the heart of Bradenton, the tree-lined, 30-acre property features over 150 two-bedroom/two-bathroom self-catering condos and vacation rentals available for short-term stays. The complex is 15 miles away from Sarasota Bradenton Airport and 50 miles away from Tampa International Airport. Ellenton Prime Outlet Mall is a 20-minute drive up. Also, we are located 5 minutes' drive to the famous IMG Academy and 15-20 minutes' drive to Ana-Maria Island with its white sand beaches. There are many areas to park and enjoy a day sunbathing, walking in the sand, listening to the waves and seagulls, playing in the gulf, building sandcastles or just simply relaxing! Shops and restaurants are also nearby in many areas on the island. The world-famous Disney World is only a two-hour drive away in Orlando.

During your stay, you can take advantage of all the amenities offered by the Shorewalk Villas Condominium Association. We find it is a beautiful setting and enjoy all the natural surroundings and wildlife. The ponds are stocked with fish, and there are many ducks, turtles, and birds, and a couple of otters.
