Owner's Retreat has king bed and tv. 2nd Bedroom has queen bed and set of twin bunk beds. Family room has a twin size daybed with a pull out twin trundle.

Please note: If you wish to have the pool heated it's $25 a day for reservations less than 6 night and $100 for each week. If you wish to have the pool heated it takes 48-72 hours to heat so you must notify us before your arrival in time for us to turn it on. If you are booking within 72 hours, please contact us to ask if the previous guests have the heat on so we can let you know the situation. Pool heating is for your entire stay and cannot be on a per day basis. We do not charge for the hot tub heat or gas grill propane. Thank you.

1 mile from Weeki Wachee Springs & Buccaneer Bay, within 30 minutes to Homosassa and Crystal Rivers (swim with manatee), within 10-15 minutes to Hernando Beach & Hudson Beach. Within 30 minutes to New Port Richey & Tarpon Springs. Approximately 45 minutes to Tampa and beaches like St. Petersburg and Clearwater.
