Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, "Ocean Breeze" is located in the Shores of Panama Resort. It is conveniently located on the 9th floor with a reserved parking spot also located on the 9th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 one-time/per group/per reservation RESORT FEE for garage parking passes and beach/pool access armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 19 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Kitchen/Dining
The open plan living/kitchen and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy making memories with your family and friends. The kitchen is open to the living area, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with bar seating, and an eat-in dining area. It's stocked with all the big & small appliances, utensils, and cookware you could need to prepare anything from appetizers to a full meal with ease. With 4 seats at the table & 4 seats at the bar, there's room for everyone! Set up a buffet of food on the bar & enjoy it at the dining table or take it out to your private balcony & and watch the dolphins play in the waves.

Living Room:
Stepping into the open-concept living area, the floor-to-ceiling windows frame the spectacular views of the tropical pool and Gulf of Mexico's emerald waters & sugar white beaches. The contemporary coastal décor creates a sophisticated, yet relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. Tired from the sun & waves? Head to the living room and plop down on the couch for a quick cat nap. You can also curl up in the cozy chair with your favorite book or turn on your favorite show or movie on the smart TV, while you chill out in the middle of the afternoon to escape the heat. The spacious living room includes a queen sleeper sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 8. Free WiFi & a full size washer & dryer are available in condo for your convenience.

Balcony:
Heading out to your private balcony you can relax while enjoying the views or even to read your favorite book while enjoying some sun. Personally, we love heading out here early in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the bright emerald water before the day gets too hot. We can't think of anything more relaxing when it comes to starting a fun-filled and chilled-out vacation! It's also the perfect place to end the day enjoying the sunset with an evening cocktail while planning the next days activities.

Bedrooms:
After a day of playing in the waves and exploring the city, it might be time to hit the hay. Retreat to one of the 2 master suites. The first master suite features a King bed, a TV perfect for playing your favorite show or movie after a long day out on the water, and an en-suite full bath. You can use the private bath with a tub to ease your aching muscles, or a shower to rinse the white sand off of your feet before crawling into bed.

Your guests can claim their space in the second master suite or the cozy bunkroom. The 2nd master features a queen sized bed with a smartTV, perfect for watching the newest Netflix flick, and a full en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo to clean yourself after a day of skimming the waves in the salt water or running along the boardwalk.

Set up more like a third bedroom, the bunkroom has a twin/full bunkbed with comfortable bedding, a smart TV to help keep them entertained, and a barn door that separates it from the rest of the condo, giving both the kids & adults privacy. An attached full bath with a standup shower is perfect for washing the days sand & salt off before curling into bed with their favorite show.

Location:
Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just minutes away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.

*Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

Convenient location at the intersection of Thomas Drive and Front Beach Road, right in the heart of some of Panama City Beach’s best attractions, including parasailing, cruises, pontoon boating, sailboat, & jet ski rentals, charter fishing trips for the fishermen in the family, golfing, water parks, and shopping! This resort has a coffee and donut shop, a pizza shop, Tiki Hut has quick foods (fish sandwiches, chicken strips, burgers, and fries, etc.). There is also a poolside bar for refreshments of all kinds!
