This beach house is clean, bright, and spacious. There is room for everyone. Heated Pool has many comfortable chairs to lounge on. The pool lanai is a great gathering place for lunch in the fresh air. Close to a neighborhood favorite Mexican restaurant Little Dos & "The Surfin' Turtle" ice cream shop.
You have full access to all parts of the 2-story house. There are several additional spaces to park in the driveway. Private heated pool in screened-in pool house. Beach is a 2 minute walk. Ice cream shop is a 3 minute walk. On site free laundry.
I have a small army of local helpers to make sure your stay comfortable, relaxing and fun. I am also available by phone, email, and text.
The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Very near the beach and conveniences like grocery, coffee shops, and the movies. You are also a 2 minute drive from a nice, large public park on the beach (Pelican Park). This is a great place for sheltered areas at the beach to have a picnic lunch, outdoor shower, and other amenities.

And when you are at home, the HEATED POOL is SO fun! There is an attached lanai with a picnic table and large (7 burner) propane gas grill where the family can BBQ and have lunch or dinners. There are many chairs and an outdoor sofa with plenty of towels. The pool is in a screened pool enclosure.
There are TELEVISIONS with Netflix, Hulu and many, many other channels... in two living rooms and IN EVERY BEDROOM.
Rainy day? No problem, there are lots of board GAMES to play.
Quiet beach town with all the conveniences you need. The beach is right across the street. Big public beach park is just South on A1A (Pelican Beach). Restaurants, walks on the beach, swim in the heated pool; all relaxing and rejuvenating. Major conveniences are a 5 minute drive away (Movies, Gym, WalMart, Publix, Aldi, etc.).
This area is called "The Space Coast" with frequent rocket launches (schedule available at ). An easy day trip to Orlando (Outlet Malls, Disney, Universal Studios), Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach/Jon Surf Shop Port Canaveral.
The Beach! Just across the road AIA. If you would like to cross with pedestrian crosswalks, there is one just South one just North on A1A about a 3 minute walk each way.

ReganWe had a good stay. The location was a highlight. The house is directly across from the beach (you do have to cross a busy road, which we knew before booking) and is within walking distance of several restaurants. It was a great size for our large group, the pool was a nice bonus, and plenty of beach chairs were available.The house is older and could use updating. The kitchen is small for a house this size, and a few areas stayed quite warm. We couldn't find kitchen towels, and there were very few extra supplies, such as trash bags or cleaning products, so a list of recommended items to bring would be helpful. The host communicated frequently throughout our stay, so guests can expect regular check-ins and reminders.Be mindful of the posted quiet hours, as the neighboring homes are very close. Overall, the house worked well for our group.

CARLA C.This house was very nice. The bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were very nice. All the appliances were top quality. Both living rooms were big with comfortable furniture. The dinning room had a huge tsble so everyone could est together. We enjoyed the pool very much. I would suggest going to paradise beach to enjoy rock free swimming. The sansbar restaurant and Surf and Turtle icecream place that are right up the street are just awsome. The pizza place a bit further down is also great. The host made check in and checkout so easy and he was very responsive. It was only a 15 min drive to cocao Beach but a lot quieter.

JasonRichard was an excellent host. We identified with him a few areas of improvement and his responses were acceptable, polite and took accountability for his vendor. You can’t ask for more than that with a host! The house was well laid out, near the beach, a short uber ride to a grocery store and across the street from a decent bar & grill. Communication was early and often, very responsive and would utilize the home again.

Derrickhome was not cleaned. beds had food crumbs, trash, and human waste stains all over matress. couches had beer bottle caps in them. trash under both pull out beds with crumbs and debris along both sides. one pull out bed had a layer of dust on it, with a mattress covered in brown stained. if it wasn't communicated that we were driving 18 to stay there it wouldn't be as a huge issue. but my kids had no where to sleep because of the status and the biohazard of the bed.
