This beach house is clean, bright, and spacious. There is room for everyone. Heated Pool has many comfortable chairs to lounge on. The pool lanai is a great gathering place for lunch in the fresh air. Close to a neighborhood favorite Mexican restaurant Little Dos & "The Surfin' Turtle" ice cream shop.

You have full access to all parts of the 2-story house. There are several additional spaces to park in the driveway. Private heated pool in screened-in pool house. Beach is a 2 minute walk. Ice cream shop is a 3 minute walk. On site free laundry.

I have a small army of local helpers to make sure your stay comfortable, relaxing and fun. I am also available by phone, email, and text.

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Very near the beach and conveniences like grocery, coffee shops, and the movies. You are also a 2 minute drive from a nice, large public park on the beach (Pelican Park). This is a great place for sheltered areas at the beach to have a picnic lunch, outdoor shower, and other amenities.

Why Kids Love It

And when you are at home, the HEATED POOL is SO fun! There is an attached lanai with a picnic table and large (7 burner) propane gas grill where the family can BBQ and have lunch or dinners. There are many chairs and an outdoor sofa with plenty of towels. The pool is in a screened pool enclosure.

There are TELEVISIONS with Netflix, Hulu and many, many other channels... in two living rooms and IN EVERY BEDROOM.

Rainy day? No problem, there are lots of board GAMES to play.

Area Information

Quiet beach town with all the conveniences you need. The beach is right across the street. Big public beach park is just South on A1A (Pelican Beach). Restaurants, walks on the beach, swim in the heated pool; all relaxing and rejuvenating. Major conveniences are a 5 minute drive away (Movies, Gym, WalMart, Publix, Aldi, etc.).
This area is called "The Space Coast" with frequent rocket launches (schedule available at ). An easy day trip to Orlando (Outlet Malls, Disney, Universal Studios), Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach/Jon Surf Shop Port Canaveral.

The Beach! Just across the road AIA. If you would like to cross with pedestrian crosswalks, there is one just South one just North on A1A about a 3 minute walk each way.
