The home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom, providing ample comfort for families and groups. It features two dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with a large central island, a bright living room, and a family/game room converted from the garage, perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

Outside, enjoy a private backyard with no rear neighbors, featuring a private pool and heated spa—the ideal place to unwind after a fun-filled day.

Guest House access is free for our guests and has been fully renovated in recent years, featuring modern fitness equipment.
Please note: the guest house is closed in the evenings, on weekends, and on certain holidays.

Child supervision near pools and community facilities is YOUR responsibility.
The gym is reserved for guests 16 years and older.

Pool and spa heating requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Heating is provided via a heat-exchange system; during colder weather, water temperature may not always reach the desired level.

Pet Policy

Pet-friendly: $50 USD per stay, per pet

Maximum of 2 pets allowed

Complimentary pet waste stations available throughout the community

A beautiful dog park with sports facilities is located less than 5 minutes from the home

Game Consoles & Extras

Due to frequent theft, guests must bring their own gaming consoles.
If you wish to include a Nintendo Switch, please notify us 24 hours before arrival so our team can arrange installation.
Additional fee: $40 USD for the entire stay

Additional Notes

The BBQ must be cleaned after each use. Additional cleaning fees may apply if required.

Pool towels provided are basic hotel-style towels (white and yellow).
For souvenir-style towels, we recommend visiting the nearby Walmart, just 5 minutes away.

Balloon or flower arrangements for birthdays or special occasions are available upon request with 24-hour notice (additional fees apply).

Decorations inside the home may not be moved.

Safety

Sliding patio doors are equipped with an automated alarm system for the safety of young swimmers. An alarm sounds when doors are opened.

Soap is provided in each of the three bathrooms for your comfort.

Baby Equipment

Please note that no baby equipment is provided, such as safety gates, high chairs, booster seats, or cribs.
We recommend bringing your own equipment if needed.

Deliveries

As this is a vacation home, UPS packages are not delivered within the community and may be held at the guest house.

For any additional requests, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note: For any add-ons requiring additional fees, NO REFUNDS will be issued in the event of cancellation or adverse weather conditions.
