→ 15% due at reservation
→ The balance is due 60 days before your vacation stay

→ Resort Fee - There is a $30 parking fee per stay and $6.00 wristbands fee per stay per person that will need to be purchased upon arrival.

→ The person making the reservation needs to be 25 and over to book and be present.

→ MONTHLY STAYS - Message Us for Great, Long Term Snowbird and Travel Nurse Rental Rates Throughout the Fall and Winter Months!

→ NO PETS - No animals unless a CERTIFIED SERVICE animal (NO ESA are permitted) - this is per our condo association rules and there are NO EXCEPTIONS. We do require SERVICE animals to provide documentation including services provided by the animal, and that the information is provided in advance of the stay.

→ There is a coin operated laundry available on the first floor!
