Reaganwith the amount of people we had this condo was very spacious and absolutely beautiful. the host was always responsive with whatever questions we had and very friendly. everything around us was so convenient and easy to access and the elevators did great for us. and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. definitely recommend this amazing condo for families but especially big friend groups like mine (9 people). we loved it very much

RobertThere are 7 elevators for 21 floors, about 700 total rooms at Laketown Wharf resort and 3 of the elevators were broke all week (I hear they stay broke). Getting up and down is frustrating to say the least; everyone complained about them. The room was nice being across the street from the beach, the ocean can be seen. The coffee reservoir had mold growing in it, floor wasn't mopped (our baby was dirty after crawling on it), a few lightbulbs were out (we replaced them), mold around the air vents. For the price we will get a house next time. Constant, all day elevator crowding is a show-stopper.

Sarah G.We arrived early and they made it seem like we would be able to access the pool before we could check in. This was not the case since the wristbands are in the room. Location was great, rooms were very nice and spacious and the host was quick to respond. Be prepared to wait for elevators but overall a great experience.

RandaI want to first say that the host was friendly & the unit was like the pics & super clean. The problem lies solely with amenities. Only 2 elevators & one was Down for painting (during prime vacay time), once waiting for 30-45 min people were cramming into a hot elevator & for safety we requested off once after 15 adults piled in The lobby didn’t seem to care when I reported. Probably my biggest issue lies with the pools what we booked this listing for. The rooftop pool was down our entire visit, the bay pool was closed randomly on the only day we had no rain. But the worst part was the kiddie pool. We were greeted with live roaches- Everywhere the bushes, railing, ground & yes in the Water!! Lobby didn’t care so I spent an entire morning searching out a maintenance man that went & sprayed. Luckily we could see him doing it & by the last day they seemed to be gone. The host just said I needed to tell the resort but they didn’t seem to care. My family stayed irritated the entire vacation

SherriWe really enjoyed our stay. Had no issues that weren’t addressed immediately. First place we have stayed that actually has enough towels for everyone. It’s clean and they provided enough cookware that we were able to cook breakfast every morning for a big family. Plenty of pools to choose from as well as can just cross the road to the beach which we had a decent view of.

SuzanneThe property itself is very convenient for people looking to enjoy all that PCB offers. There is no working elevators on one side and hasn’t been for some time bc we booked over a year ago in hopes that issue would be resolved and it was not.We were given the wrong code for check in but the host responded fastThere were only 9 towels for a condo that accommodates 10. We asked for more and it took host more than 24 hours to deliver and the person argued with us that there was enough. We were given 3 more for a week stayEvery hard surface was so filthy that we had to go purchase about $200 in cleaning supplies including a mop and broom to scrub the floors. I used a steam mop on the living room floor twice and the brand new pads used came up completely black. Counters & tubs too. We reached out to the host with no response for 2 days until we let her know we left 2 days early. Host did not seem to care. Don’t stay unless you like to clean a “luxury property” while on vacation.

JalyricaThis home was so beautiful and spacious for a family of 8. We loved it, honestly the only thing I would change was the level I’m a bit afraid of heights just looking down made my stomach turn lol but it was a beautiful view front and back. We did have an issue with one of our bathrooms the very first room on the left to be exact it was urine on the base of the toilet at the back it was alot like it haven’t been cleaned in a long time! Other than that everything else was great.

MichelleWe had a great stay during bike week. Finding the actual elevators that go to condos floor was a bit difficult with the different parking garages but we figured it out after the first hour! The condo was beautiful and accommodations were fantastic.

HaleyOur stay was amazing! The condo is right across the road from the beach, perfect location, very clean, fully stocked kitchen. Valeriya was very responsive to messages and very friendly! The condo has several pools, good kiddie pool area, and hot tubs! There are also several restaurants right at the resort that we really enjoyed!

MirsadraddinI am not very happy with this, they didn't have enough towel. I talked with her and she offered buy towel in walmart. Who is buying towel , when is going to hotel? and they didn't have enough trash bag, paper towel, toilet paper, cloth washing detergent and .......... .

SarahThere was tons to do in the resort, there’s 3 pools, including a kiddie pool for little ones when you need a break from the beach. Lots of good restaurants in the lobby area, easily walkable to wal-mart, pineapple Willy’s, and the beach and the free chair service means you don’t have to bring much to the beach. Our only issue with the rental was the washing machine, there was tons of mold in the ring of the front loader, which I know is an issue with front loaders. Otherwise, we loved the rental!

JekiaValeriya was super helpful and responsive leading up to our trip and answered every single question I had. Throughout our trip we didn’t need anything but the one time I contacted the host there was a fast response. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, easy access to the beach, well stocked and spacious. We had 8 adults and never had issues with water temp or pressure throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this host and condo and look forward to visiting again!
