→ RESORT PRE-REGISTRATION: Will be a separate $70 RESORT FEE PLUS TAX PER RESERVATION. This will be paid directly to the Laketown Wharf Resort for wristbands and parking passes. A link will be sent to your cell phone a week before your arrival to complete the check in process.
→ Anyone 21 and older can reserve this condo. 18+ require special permission. Please contact the Property Manager and ask for special permission to book.

→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.

Ashley JessicaCondo was not clean. Stain that looked like blood on living room rug. Trash all under the beds. Springs were broken on the pull out bed, as well stains that looked like blood. Jewelry found in the couch. Moldy shower curtains. Main toilet was dirty. Hand prints all over the sliding glass doors. Sand everywhere .. it was less than bare minimum cleaning.Not as close to the beach as advertised, the view was not great and the private access leads right next to the jet skis so you will have to walk a bit for a good spot.A few issues with the condominium itself. The pools were always filthy. Got hit a few times with kids throwing balls, jumping on top of you. They have people walking around but no one ever says anything. Staff unhelpful. There was a false fire alarm that went off for about 2 hours. South elevator was broken the entire time but didn't make a difference to the location of our room.All in all, if you're looking for something relaxed and comfortable, look elsewhere.

FranThe place looked just like the photos. The host was very responsive and helped us find the room. Many of the stores in the condo were closed during our stay, but we still got to try a few and it was a nice experience overall. Great for families—there’s even a shallow kids’ pool that’s perfect for little ones.

MaritzaThe view was spectacular and the condo was clean and well equipped. I will say the beds were very uncomfortable both in the master and 2nd room. That bedding really needs help when on a vacation comfortable sleep is a must. The TV in the living room gave trouble a few times. I will say the host is very responsive and did her best to assist.

SaraOverall, the condo itself was very nice and roomy and everything was as described. Being on the 19th floor the elevators were terrible all the way around and it’s just an overall busy atmosphere. Great if you like the hustle and busy atmosphere, if you don’t I’d recommend staying off the strip.

AngelaI recently stayed, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The condo was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The views from the balcony were breathtaking, especially at sunset, and we loved watching the nightly fountain light show from the boardwalk. The pools were clean and never too crowded, and the staff on-site were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.This was the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun vacation, and we’ll definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

Kaylieour stay was made so comfortable! the view was beautiful and the walk to the beach was easy! restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & dessert were right downstairs. everything was nice and tidy and valeriya was super responsive! i definitely recommend!

EricaThis condo was beautiful and larger than appears in photos. There’s a beautiful view from the balcony. Also, there are so many restaurants and shops at the resort that’s very convenient. My host was very responsive answering any questions I had within minutes. For future guests, plan to bring a cart for bringing your things to the room. The lobby is only open certain hours and you have to rent it from them. We arrived after the lobby was closed so we had to make a few trips. Also, parking on ground level is best, go through the breezeway to get to the elevators that will take you to your condo. There is so much to do here, we had the best time. Would stay again!

AshleyI stayed here with my young children during spring break, and overall, the condo itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is fantastic, directly across from the beach with just a short walk to the sand.That said, I wasn’t aware spring break was such a high-traffic time in Panama City Beach, which definitely impacted our experience. During our entire stay, only one of the two elevators was working—a major inconvenience, especially during what seemed to be peak season. As a pregnant mother with two small children, I found myself waiting up to 30 minutes at times just to catch an elevator that wasn’t already at full capacity. I’m not sure if elevator issues are common at this property, but it significantly affected the convenience of our stay.Despite that, the host was responsive and kind, and again, the condo itself was lovely. JoshuaBeautiful condo with great views. Very spacious. Had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Fully equipped kitchen and the 2 separate bathrooms are nice. Not Valeriya's fault at all, but our only gripe was with the elevators at the complex. Very slow. We were better off taking the stairs in some instances, and that was a pain going up 20 stories - again totally out of her control. Other than that it was a flawless stay.
