This house was amazing! Tons of room, comfortable beds, great kitchen - that allowed for more than one cook in the kitchen! The pool was clean, private and very well kept. We spent our morning coffees by the pool and always ended our day with a swim to unwind and recap the day of exploring. Beautiful place for a group of friends or a couple families. We had a wonderful stay at this rental property. The location was excellent—close to plenty of amenities and everything we needed—yet it was still very quiet and relaxing. The accommodations were spotless and well maintained, which made the stay especially comfortable. The pool was a great bonus and perfect for unwinding. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The house is beautiful, extremely spacious, super clean and has everything you need. The private heated pool made the stay far better than we could have imagined. The community is private and well maintained, so it’s nice to be able to take a morning or evening walk without the worry of traffic. The property is super close to local grocery stores, restaurants and other activities like mini golf which my family loved. I would highly recommend staying here!

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. We came for a family getaway - four adults and 3 children. The layout of the house was PERFECT! Two large primary bedrooms and enough room for the kids to spread out. The kids loved the pool and we loved the privacy. After long days exploring, it was a perfect way to unwind. The home was some clean as well. We will definitely be back!

Once your final payment is received, you will receive a welcome email outlining everything you need to know about this property, including access to the main private gate, as well as a code to access the front door of the home. You will also receive wifi passwords as well as important information about the community as well as house and community rules and regulations
We are your hosts and it would be our pleasure to help you with any questions you may have about the house. Our goal is to provide as much information about the home prior to your arrival, so that when you get there, you can bring your family and your suitecases in and enjoy!
We are a no pet, no smoking household. While we love our animals we have a strict no pet policy
Check in time is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am
The driveway can accomodate two standard sized vehicles, parked tandem. There is also some additional street parking, however, as this is an HOA controlled community, any vehicles parked on the street must not be parked near a fire hydrant, they must be parked in the direction of the flow of traffic as well they must not be touching the grass at all, as there are irrigation lines that potentially could be damaged.
The kitchen will well stocked with all the dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, bowls and serving platters. It is also equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, blender, popcorn maker, waffle maker and hand mixer. Our housekeeping staff will ensure that you have a basic starter pack the day of your arrival which will include toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towel, a small supply of dishsoap and dishwasher tab as well as laundry soap. There is an ALDI and Publix a short two minute drive away to stock up on anything you may need during your stay.
Yes we have a few house rules that will ensure that the home operates effectively and that guests and neighbours can peacefully enjoy the community. Because of the humidity in Florida, you must ensure that the doors and windows are kept closed. Leaving the doors (front door and patio door open) increase the humidity in the the house, which can overload the air conditioning unit. If the doors are left open and the AC unit stops, this may result in a chargeback to the guest. We also have community quiet time which is 11:00pm-8:00am.
