Downstairs has all ceramic tile with one bedroom with double bed and one bath. Also, a sleeper sofa in living area. Upstairs has harfwood floors with tiled baths. Two very spacious bedrooms each with private bath. Master bedroom has king bed, second bedroom has a king bed and a double bed.
This townhome is in a low traffic area on east end and convenient to Walmart and most all attractions on the beach.

The condo was awesome and right on the beach. Walk out your back door and you are on the beach. No elevators to wait on or crowds to fight. Decorated beautifully inside and plenty of furniture for everyone to sit on. Huge deck on bottom floor to sit on and enjoy the views of the ocean and sunsets. Master bedroom has its own large deck also. We had a great time with family and some friends that stayed right next door. Owner is awesome to work with and responds quickly. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to hopefully returning very soon. This will definitely be one condo we will use in the future for vacation getaways.

Our family has stayed here three times October,November and March spring break 2023 we love the spacious living the townhouse has perfect for families. The only thing I could complain about is a grill would be nice to have on the covered deck.

David G.Great way to spend a month during winter
This beautiful townhouse provided my wife and I a great location to escape the cold of the Tennessee mountains!! Just step off the great deck, directly onto the beach, beautiful sunsets and the soothing sounds of the waves rolling in. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need, it makes you feel at home. The owner is very nice and helpful and responds to any question quickly, couldn't ask for better. We will be back to spend hopefully a longer visit next time.

This was a fantastic rental. We stayed an entire week and absolutely loved it! The beach is just outside your back door and the interior is so nice! The photos are great, but the house is even better than the photos. Plenty of room for everyone and the amenities are fantastic. The owner (Sandra) is the best I have ever dealt with. She is such a sweet lady and is always available to assist. I have found our family a forever place to stay while in Panama City Beach! Trust me, you really want to book this one if your dates are open! You can't go wrong snagging this one!!!

Everything about our vacation to this place was absolutely perfect! We had one issue with the leaky kitchen sink that got fixed immediately. I have been bringing my children to Panama City for vacation 6 years now and this is the absolute best place that we have stayed.

My family and I have been all over the Gulf coast and stayed in just about every different type of condo over the last 10 years. I can say without reservation this is by far the best. Pictures don't do it justice. Right on the beach, steps from the water. It was clean, well kempt and up-to-date. I wish I could find a flaw, because nothing's perfect, but I simply can't. Anyone would be crazy to stay anywhere else if this is available

We have been renting this home since 2014. Not many vacation houses can you call home. But for us this is one. This home is placed perfectly amongst everything you need to enjoy fla. at its finest.
