The main bedroom features a sumptuous king-size bed and a stylish en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower, while the second bedroom can be configured as either a super-king or two twin beds, perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. A beautifully appointed main bathroom with a shower completes the interior.

Elevated on stilts, the home offers covered parking for two medium size cars beneath. Downstairs, you’ll find a private garden oasis featuring a heated swim spa and hot tub, complete with a built-in tiki bar and bar stools — a perfect romantic retreat for couples to relax after a day at the beach. With inviting seating both upstairs and downstairs, there are plenty of cozy spots to soak in the island’s relaxed atmosphere.

For added convenience, the property includes a dedicated laundry room. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features an all-in-one microwave oven with air-fryer functionality, along with a stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine — everything you need for effortless family meals.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV, and the living area also features a smart TV and a pull-out bed for extra guests. We provide beach chairs and beach towels for an easy five-minute stroll to the beach. Plus, a hammock out front offers the perfect spot for couples to unwind with a good book and enjoy the gentle coastal breeze.

Additionally, the property is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and close to local restaurants, cafés, and shops. The island is also perfect for cycling, with bike rentals available, and a free tram service that makes getting around a breeze. The property is also pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to enjoy the island lifestyle too.

Area Information

Anna Maria Island is a beautiful, laid-back island just off the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg area, known for its relaxed pace, stunning beaches, and old-Florida charm. It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down, breathe deeper, and feel like you’re truly on holiday.
One of the things we love most about the island is how easy it is to get around. There’s a free island trolley that runs from top to bottom, making it simple to explore without a car. When we visit, we often choose to cycle around the island, soaking up the sunshine and ocean breeze — you’ll also notice plenty of golf buggies, which add to the fun, coastal vibe.
There’s no shortage of things to do. You can swim in the crystal-clear Gulf waters, relax on the beach, or enjoy a round of golf nearby. Morning walks along the shoreline are a favourite — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for starting the day slowly.
For shopping and local flavour, Pine Avenue is a must. It’s lined with charming independent boutiques and cafés. One of our personal favourites is Island Cabana, a lovely shop full of island-style clothing and gifts. We also love stopping by Ginny & Jane’s for a fresh smoothie and one of their famous giant cinnamon rolls — a treat you absolutely shouldn’t miss.
As the day winds down, sunset on Anna Maria Island is something special. We love heading to The Sandbar to watch the sun dip into the sea with a drink in hand, but there are also plenty of beach bars dotted along the island, many with live music and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Some beach bars even serve fantastic ice cream, making them perfect for kids while parents enjoy the music and sunset views.
The island is very dog-friendly, with a welcoming community feel throughout. While dogs aren’t allowed directly on the beach, there are plenty of nearby areas and walking routes to enjoy with your four-legged friends.
For those who enjoy wellness and staying active, the island offers a range of options including yoga classes at the local community centre, as well as beach yoga, fitness sessions, and other community-run activities. Whether you’re looking to stay active or simply relax, there’s something for everyone.
