As one of our guests wrote in their review our location is "Simply the Best"! Our Condo (A106) is a ground floor with beautiful unobstructed 180-degree direct Gulf views. Our Condo has the best location in the middle of the condo building. This location is private, quiet and relaxing. We also have an outside patio in ADDITION to a Lanai (only ground floor units have an outside patio). Our outside patio includes high end furniture and lounge chairs so you can enjoy the beach right outside the Lanai door!
Our condo has beautiful water views from every room and spectacular sunsets. Enjoy day and nights with the refreshing sound of Gulf waves. Walk out the rear Lanai door and directly onto the beach and beautiful azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk out the front door and onto your boat at the private lagoon which leads to the ICW.
Our Condo just completed a total 14 month rebuild after Hurricane Helene. Everything is brand new and has been professionally decorated with upscale beach themed furniture, appliances and accents. It's one of the best, if not the best, ground floor Condo at Fisherman’s Cove. Entire unit is beautifully decorated and furnished. Imported 24” Italian Porcelain tile flooring in every room. New modern fully equipped kitchen with GE Profile stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Living area includes two ceiling fans, dining table and 6 chairs, reclining sofa and reclining chair. The entertainment center includes a new Samsung 75" 4K Ultra HD Flat Screen TV with HD cable service including 250+ channels (most other units have basic cable with 40 channels and no HD TV). Entrance to master bedroom has French doors (with blinds). Both the Master and guest bedrooms have new high-quality mattresses and are tastefully furnished and decorated. Master bedroom has a new King size white bedroom set and 55" wall mounted flat screen HD TV. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds which can each sleep two adults. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, flat screen TV’s and large closets (master has a walk-in closet). Master bathroom has floor to ceiling porcelain tile, quartz counter-tops and a walk-in double shower. Guest bathroom has floor to ceiling porcelain tile, quartz counter-tops and a tub/shower. Lanai has a 55" Ultra HD 4K TV (we are the ONLY condo in Fisherman's Cove with a TV in the Lanai). The Primary walk-in closet includes a brand-new high-end washer & dryer.
Our condo is managed by the ON-SITE property manager and us. If you have a problem, walk over to the property manager's office or call me. Some other units are managed by off-site property managers who appear to have a Siesta Key "address" but are actually located hundreds of miles away (e.g. Sunnyside Properties who are located in Texas). Before you book, ask the property manager if they are located on-site!
Before you book another Condo at Fisherman's Cove, compare their rental rates against ours. Many owners of renovated Fisherman Cove Condos charge higher rental rates to recover their renovation costs. Others have hidden fees titled "Owner Fee" or "Rental Fee". We don't play "games" like that. The total cost of our Condo is the rental rate plus cleaning and Florida taxes.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful beachfront condo at Fisherman's Cove, and everything about our experience was absolutely fabulous.From the very beginning, Frank was incredible to communicate with — responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. The condo has just been completely redone after the hurricanes, and it is truly stunning. The finishes are beautiful, the design is thoughtful, and every detail feels intentional and high-end while still being comfortable and welcoming.Because the unit is on the ground floor, you can walk straight out of the sunroom and step directly onto the most amazing white sand beach. It doesn’t get better than that — morning coffee with ocean views and sunset walks just steps from your door.The master bedroom is gorgeous, featuring a king-size bed, direct ocean views, and a spacious walk-in shower that feels like a spa retreat. The guest suite is equally impressive. The pocket doors allow you to create a private ensuite setup, and the bedroom includes two large beds along with a beautifully appointed bathroom — perfect for family or guests.The condo is stocked with absolutely everything you could need: dishes, plenty of storage, beach chairs, towels, a beach umbrella, and so much more. You truly feel at home the moment you arrive.The location is ideal — quiet and secluded, yet only a few miles from the shops and restaurants of Siesta Key. It offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.We could not have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Guests love our ground floor condo because we have the same view of the Gulf as 2nd and 3rd floor Condos but can exist the lanai directly onto the beach and Patio with lounge chairs."

We have stayed at many condos at Fisherman's Cove on first, second and third floors. We can honestly say, this is the best condo we ever stayed at. Everything is high end and it appears no expense was spared. High quality furniture and mattresses, amazing shaker style kitchen with high end appliances and two beautiful bathrooms. This firsts floor unit has an amazing 180 degree view of the Gulf with no obstructions. Unbelievable sunsets right from the lanai (picture attached). As a first floor unit there is an outside patio complete with lounge chairs and adirondack chairs. The beach behind the condo is skinny, but since this condo is in the A building it is a short 150 foot walk to the big and wide public turtle beach next door. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this unit!

Located far enough from all the high rises to enjoy a peaceful vacation but close enough to get to all the downtown shops, bars and restaurants in a matter of minutes, A106 is the ideal condo in the ideal location and there is a very good restaurant within walking distance and another to open soon.The unit itself is very tastefully decorated. You won’t find any plastic or fake wood furniture. Every piece of furniture is high quality, which demonstrates Frank’s pride in his condo. It has an open floor plan with two large bedrooms, two baths and 4 tv’s. The appliances are state of the and there are beach chairs, a beach umbrella and water toys.The view if the gulf is spectacular. You walk out the door and you are walking on sand. The sunsets are truly amazing and have to be witnessed to appreciate the beauty.This is our fifth stay and A106 and we will be back again. It is the best condo we have ever stayed at and we have been vacationing in Florida for many years . I highly recommend A106 to anyone without hesitation.

There are no obstructions between our condo and the blue waters of the Gulf. Whether you are inside sitting in the family room, or outside lounging on our patio, the view is amazing!"
