Pet friendly house and beach! Newly renovated 1-level living!

Located a block from the white sand beach of St Joe Beach, this 1-level home has been completely transformed by a full renovation! Light-filled and spacious, it has been designed to feel like your home away from home.

Fully stocked and ready for any level of cooking, the kitchen offers:
• gas range
• slate color stainless appliances
• multi-function toaster oven with air-fry capability
• Microwave and dishwasher
• Keurig coffee maker for carafe or pods
• An abundance of pots, pans, gadgets, dishware and drinkware
• Panini press, mixer, chopper, blender, taco holders, tortilla steamer, popsicle molds and more!

The dining area seats 6 with an additional 4 at the kitchen peninsula. The cozy den seats 6-7 comfortably and offers a 55” smart TV with streaming services (you must use your own account for streaming).

Off the kitchen there is a hall leading to a full bath (shower only) and a king bedroom. On the opposite side of the house there is an over-sized king bedroom and a twin room that share a hall bath with tiled shower stall (also contains the stacking washer/dryer). The twin room can be converted into a king if needed and with notice at the time of booking. All bathrooms contain hair dryers; an iron and ironing board are also available.

For the beach, chairs, loungers, an umbrella, 2 pole style beach shades and other beach gear is available for use. A metal bucket is available for clean up after your beach bonfire. When not soaking up the sun on the pet-friendly beach, the entire family will appreciate the large, fenced back yard with firepit, covered porch and gas grill. We also have an abundance of games and books for your enjoyment.

Plenty of parking for both cars and a boat with several boat ramps only minutes away!

To begin your stay, you will be provided with a roll of paper towels, a roll of TP in each bath, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dish soap in the kitchen and hand soap at each sink. Two bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and a beach towel per person are provided; linens are included. Black wash cloths are provided for makeup removal.

The person booking must be 25 years old or over and will be held responsible for everyone in their party, including any damage that may occur.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled 61 or more days from the start of the rental period. 50% refund if cancelled 30-60 days from the start of the rental. No refund is cancelled 29 days or less from the start of the rental.

Area Information

Port St Joe offers a quaint, old Florida downtown with numerous shops, restaurants and events. The house is a short 10 minute drive to downtown. Windmark Beach, which offers a small selection of shops and restaurants, is a short 5 minute drive. Panama City is 45 minutes and Apalachicola is 30 minutes. The state park at the end of Cape San Blas is a great place to enjoy unspoiled beaches and ocean life.
