Important Information About This Listing
Parking: On-site parking is available for up to 3 sedans per reservation.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are provided in the home and are free to use.
Grill Use: A propane gas grill and propane tank are available, but they are not included as a formal amenity. Guests who wish to use it will need to exchange for a new propane tank, bring their own BBQ utensils/cleaning tools, and clean the grill after use.
Pool: The pool is professionally serviced weekly and enclosed in a screened cage. Please note that some outdoor debris may naturally collect on the surface or bottom.
Cleaning: The home is professionally cleaned before each check-in.
Pest Control: The property is treated monthly, inside and out.
HVAC: The HVAC system is professionally serviced quarterly.
Trash & Recycling: County trash pickup is on Thursday, with recycling collected on Thursday. Please place bins by the curb on collection days.
Starter Supplies Provided: Guests will find two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, bed linens, bath and hand towels, starter toiletries for each bathroom, dish soap, and trash bags.
Kitchenware: The home is stocked with pots, pans, dinnerware, utensils, and some basic kitchen tools.
Not provided: Guests should bring their own salt, pepper, cooking oil, and laundry detergent.
Property Access: In the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to enter the property without prior notice. For all other access needs, we will provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
