Escape to this charming 3-bedroom beach cottage, located just a short distance from the designated beach access! Nestled in a serene coastal setting, this inviting retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families, and their four-legged companions.
Step inside to find a bright and airy living space, providing a relaxing sanctuary after a day of seaside adventures. Outdoors, enjoy a private patio ideal for morning coffee or sunset gatherings. Take a stroll to the beach for a day of sun-soaked fun or explore nearby pet-friendly eateries.

Upon accessing the beach, you’ll be welcomed through the Beach Pavilion, which has a variety of features for the Emerald Shores guests! The Pavilion area provides bathrooms and a beach bar which serves food and beverages, making it a pleasure to stay at the beach all day long.

As part of the Emerald Shores community, this Destin Vacation Rental enjoys some unique perks. The subdivision has a seasonal tram that runs 9 - 4:30 each day mid-May to mid-August 15. This beach neighborhood is positioned between the main highway through town and the beach road with its spacious walking path providing easy access to the beach via the southern entrance or to the many restaurants and malls along Highway 98 / Emerald Coast Parkway via the northern entrance. Moreover, it’s a well forested community with swaying palms and native foliage that make it any enjoyable walk to one of the two community pools or the beach beyond.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

Your furry companions are more than welcome here! With nearby dog-friendly parks, and nearby pet-friendly eateries, your pets will feel right at home. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire before booking) and provide up to date shot records.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Arm Bands are required March- October. Guests must get them from the beach vendor at the pavilion between hours of 10am-4pm, Mon-Sun. If guests arrive after hours, they can pick them up the next day. Arm bands cost $30.00 per reservation and is non refundable.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Per HOA Rules-
No boats, jet skis, trailers, RVs are allowed- No parking in the cul-de-sac or on the grass- No tents on beach
