Beautiful Florida style home located in a gated community. Conveniently located
near Florida beaches, shopping, restaurants, and many public , and semi -private golf courses . We manage and rent for vacation use a number of homes in the Venice Florida area. If the particular home featured in these photos is not available at the time of your inquiry, we have additional similar profiles homes to offer you and your family. Homes(s) are fully equipped with all the conveniences of your home plus many others. Featured home has a large great room are for both kitchen and family room, along with living room and dining room. Homes features require a three month (3 month) minimum stay. Use of the attached pool is optional. If you do NOT want to use/heat the pool, monthly rent will be reduced by $200.

Special arrangements can be made for rental ( off season) after May 1st, 2026
for extended stay -or- working professionals long term rental at reduced rates.

Located within a 15 minute drive of many of Venice's beautiful beaches, golf courses, shopping , and restaurants of Venice Island. Regular stores ( Publix, Walmart, Target, Sarasota Wines and Liquor, etc. ) along with the public library are a short 3 mile drive up HWY 41 . ( Tamiami Trail ) .
