"The Havens at The Dunes" combines two stunning beachfront villas—"Turtle Haven" and "Shell Haven" into one seamless oceanfront experience. The main house boasts 2500 square feet, while the adjacent home provides an additional 1850 square feet.

This secluded stretch of Melbourne Beach is bordered by conservation land, so this is not a crowded beach experience — it’s the rare and peaceful feeling of having the coastline almost entirely to yourself. However, when adventure calls it’s all within reach: surf and paddle the Atlantic, explore the Indian River Lagoon by boat, or witness unforgettable SpaceX and NASA rocket launches lighting up the sky. Whether you’re reconnecting with family, celebrating something special, or simply slowing down, "The Havens at The Dunes" offers the space, beauty, and tranquility to make every moment feel meaningful.

To ensure a peaceful and well-maintained experience for all guests, we ask that you observe the following:

• No smoking or vaping.
• No events or parties.
• No pets. Due to the host's severe asthma and life-threatening allergies, no pets or emotional support animals are permitted in/on the property at any time.
• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests
• Pool and spa are privately maintained; service may occur during your stay.
• Beach items such as towels, chairs and toys are provided as a convenience which will be inventoried after each stay. Please let us know if anything breaks or goes missing or it will be invoiced.

Maintenance: As private homeowners (not a staffed property), we do our best to have everything in perfect working order for your arrival. However, occasional unforeseen maintenance issues can arise during a stay. If anything occurs, we ask that you inform us and we will respond and resolve it as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Beach Access: Our property sits on a beach maintained by the State of Florida and protected by the Sea Turtle Conservation Society. The state periodically performs dune maintenance, and conservation teams regularly monitor and mark sea turtle nests during nesting season. We do not own the beach and have no control over the timing or frequency of these activities. We appreciate your understanding that these important conservation efforts may occasionally affect beach access or views during your stay. This property is located in a sensitive natural environment. During nesting season, sea turtles may come ashore at night — a truly magical experience we encourage guests to enjoy respectfully.

Weather: Please note that we do not control the weather. Florida weather can be unpredictable, and rain, storms, or high winds may occur during your stay. Outdoor amenities like the pool, patio, or beach access can be affected. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

Additionally, guests can enjoy world class fishing, surfing, dolphin spotting and so much more right in their front yard, with unparalleled privacy and seclusion.

Conveniently located right off of Rt. A1A in Melbourne Beach, Florida, our property offers easy access to transportation options. Ample private parking is available on-site for your convenience. For those preferring ride-sharing services, Uber and Lyft are readily accessible in the area. The closest major airport is Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB), approximately a 30-minute drive away. Orlando International Airport (ORH) is about an hour drive away. Public transportation options are limited, so we recommend using a personal vehicle or ride-sharing services for the most convenient travel experience.
