About 7 miles to Downtown Venice and Venice Beach. Beach chairs and umbrella included. 2 car oversized garage. Walking path around lake. 2 bikes in garage. Close to shopping.

The rest of the new furniture will be delivered the second week of December which includes all new bedroom furniture including mattresses plus all new sheets and pillows. Well established residential development. Quiet and secure. About 40 min to Sarasota airport and about 45 minutes to Punta Gorda airport. Siesta Key is about 35 min away. There is a lot to do and explore within 45 min.

We are a little flexible with dates so please send inquires. We can go into April if needed and can possibly accommodate a week or 2 shorter stay.
The exit cleaning fee would be a range of $200 to $400 depending on how much cleaning needs to be done. A deposit will be held in reserve and whatever cleaning fee is charged to us will be taken from it and the balance returned to you. Any questions you may have please feel free to ask.
