• No smoking inside the home or anywhere on the property
• No narcotics or medicinal narcotics
• No events, parties, or outside overnight guests
• Minimum age to rent is 25
• Community pool is heated during Spring Break only
• Private pool heat available for $65 per day
• Winter monthly rates available

Parking:
Space for 2 vehicles only with no overflow parking and no street parking from midnight to 5AM, no blocking sidewalk from 10AM -5PM and no parking where tires are touching grass or pinestraw.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.
