ElizabethValeriya's Condo was fantastic! No issues at all! We loved not having to drag chairs and an umbrella to the beach and fight for a spot. The included beach service was great. They set us up our chairs and umbrella and every time the sun moved our guy moved our umbrella to keep us shaded. The pools and the whole place was very clean. Only thing to note is that the water in bathroom and kitchen gets REALLY HOT, REALLY FAST, so be careful with little ones in the bath or while washing up stuff in the sink. That's not something Valeriya can control but just though it should be noted. We would definitely book with Valeriya again!

JessicaFirst impressions are everything! Portable air conditioning unit was on the night stand , eye sore as soon as we walked in. Couch and chairs had stains but we went to Walmart and bought a sheet to lay on the couch so we could sit in the living room. The room is right next to a restaurant so early deliveries were very noisy!!! Great access to the beach and the beach chairs were great!! Pools were not crowded and enjoyable. Kitchen was nice and clean! First impression was not good but we had a great week

AshlynWe were excited for our stay here, but unfortunately the pics do not justice. the floors were dirty when we arrived. The couches and chair are stained and dirty, which pics listed didn’t show. The tub didn’t have a drain to where you can take a bath so we had to clog it with a rag in order to give our 3 month old a bath. The pots and pans were filthy when we went to cook. The bedroom doesn’t have fan and instead has a portable ac unit through the window which caused us to wake up with stuffy noses the next morning. we ended up sleeping in the living room the next night. Each day we had to get our own chair from the beach to set up cause the beach boys wouldnt do it & they were no where to be found.. we ended up leaving after 2 nights due to all of these things and not finishing our 4 day stay. The view is great but that’s it. Communicated how we felt to host and she came up with excuses as to why she won’t refund our last day & that it was clean before we got there, which isn’t true.

WillMy week stay at Valeriya's Sunbird Apartment was fantastic! The place was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The resort amenities were a huge plus, especially the 3 pools and beach access with 2 chairs and umbrella! Valeriya was a wonderful host, always quick to respond and very helpful.The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.I can't wait to return!

ShawnWell....you get what you pay for. Great value for ocean view. Place was surface level clean but needed a deep clean badly. We found fur under the bed and dresser collecting. Sand throughout apt. We cleaned again as soon as we arrived. It needed it for us...your mileage may vary. AC vent in bedroom sounds like a jet turbine...I wish I was exaggerating. Ran continuously since HVAC could not cool adequately. Took 1 whole day to get apt from 74F to 70F. No coffee maker, only Keurig. Other than that it was ok, and the ocean view and sunsets were nice.

BrittanyThe condo is exactly as described. Valeriya provided perfect instructions and was helpful with anything we asked. This is a corner unit and is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Amazing views of sunsets from the balcony and just steps from the beach. Perfect for our little family, we will definitely be back.
