Perfect, just perfect. Where else can you park your car and walk to everything you need. Beautiful Gulf right across the street. Pizzeria one minute walk away and seafood three minute walk. my wife and I had a wonderful peaceful getaway that we both needed. I cannot wait to come back.

I will be back. The view is amazing. Restaurants are walkable and the beach was just across the street. I love 30-A. The only thing is you will have to rent an umbrella if you want one on the beach but I think that’s fine.

Nice place with great views from the balcony. shower knob wasn’t working properly but once addressed it they came and fixed it the same day. Less than 5 min walk to the beach with private access, and the local shops around are very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a long weekend and can’t say enough great things about the property, location and host. There are so many restaurants and shops within walking distance and the private beach access is right across the street. The view was AMAZING, giving us the opportunity to watch pods of dolphins swim around each morning while drinking coffee and just listen to the waves crash. The host was extremely attentive and always quick to respond when we needed something or had questions. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. So much so that I’ve saved this one for future trips to the area!

Really great location and the views were stunning. Stayed with my husband and toddler and we had plenty of space and it’s also located near a lot of shops and restaurants. We rarely had to leave which was nice. We absolutely will be back. Host was very communicative and check in was very easy. Thank you for a great stay!

This was a great spot on 30A. Located a short walk to a private beach access. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The place was clean and decorated beautifully. Property manager and/or owner kept us updated on information during our stay and answered questions in a timely manner. Kitchen was nicely equipped with all that we needed. Bath towels and wash cloths were provided. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

This beach condo was everything we hoped for and more! The view alone is worth the stay waking up to seeing that stunning emerald water right from the balcony was pure magic. You can literally sit outside and watch the ocean change colors all day. It felt like our own little paradise! We’re already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend staying here if you want the beach right in your backyard and a view that never gets old!

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The ocean view from the balcony was very relaxing. The condo itself was very nice and had everything we needed. The instructions were very detailed and we had zero problems checking in or accessing the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay Positive: Overall, everything was great! The apartment was very clean, tidy, and cozy. It had all the necessary things for cooking and relaxing, beach rackets to play with, beach towels, and even playing cards. There was a private beach just across the road where you could rent chairs and an umbrella for $50 a day. The balcony had a stunning view and a nice little table where we could enjoy our meals, which made our mornings and evenings extra special. Negative: As for the downsides, the toilet would flush by itself about once an hour, it was a bit difficult to open the balcony door, and there was no salt or pepper in the kitchen. These little things didn’t affect our stay at all, but just something to keep in mind.

My family and I had a great stay in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida! The condo was exactly as described, very clean and comfy! Very responsive hosts and checked in on us regularly to make sure our stay was going well. Condo was right across from the beach access and very easy to get to pool/beach. We loved all the restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely rent this condo again if we are ever back in the area!

Do not rent from Booking .com or from Oceans getaway !! Positive: Non functional… door to balcony almost sent me to er because it’s a heavy glass door which is outdated and stuck on its track. We could not open or close it! Bed was terrible to sleep in because mattress is very old and warn out… Had an overused memory foam mattress pad which made you sleep in a gigantic hole in middle of bed… Woke up with severe back ache every day! The person in charge at Oceans getaway was useless after finding out we had no WiFi for 2 days and 2 nights… After sending an email apologizing about lack of WiFi, they acted like it was ok and common problem. Took me hours on the phone 2 days sending emails and making phone calls to just simply get help…they were very elusive, acting as if help was on the way and nothing ever happened. It should be made know to anyone considering this company that they hide behind booking . Com… So that I had to constantly reach out to both companies but never got anywhere. The stay was beautiful, located in the heart of the town gulfplace, so everything was walkable, and you could easily access the beach! and it was a short drive to other cute beach towns, very relaxing trip. The only thing was the elevator was out of service, so we had to walk the flight of steps, but this was communicated with us before booking, and it wasn’t too bad of a walk up the stairs. The view was beautiful! The sliding door did give us some trouble when getting out onto the balcony, but I updated the host and they were able to submit a repair request. The host was great with communication , and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! would def book again

We loved our unit. We had a fantastic view of the ocean, easy walkability, extremely clean, looked exactly like the pictures, very responsive host. Had everything we needed. We’d most definitely stay there again.
