Nestled among swaying palms on a peaceful street, this multi-level home sits just steps from the beach, close enough to stroll over in seconds with your morning coffee or sunset drink. The location couldn’t be better: no car needed. You’re within easy walking distance to shopping, dining, the iconic Skinny’s Burgers, and the free island trolley, making it simple to explore the entire island at your own pace.

Park with ease, as the driveway accommodates up to three cars, then explore the island on foot or hop onto the free AMI trolley at the nearby stop.

Inside, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach house is designed with soothing coastal colors and a welcoming layout. Two bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms for added privacy, including a serene master suite with a king bed and a second ensuite bedroom with a queen bed. The third bedroom includes two twin beds and has convenient access to the hallway bathroom, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together.

The bright living area is the ideal place to gather, whether you’re watching a favorite show on the flat-screen TV or unwinding with a book after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals to enjoy indoors or outside.

Just off the pool, you’ll find a grill and a screened-in lanai that creates the perfect setting for dining al fresco after a day in the sun, or simply relaxing with a cool drink as you enjoy the evening breeze. Step onto one of the balconies to catch warm Gulf breezes, or head down to your private heated pool for a refreshing dip. The pool patio includes a gas grill and outdoor dining area, making outdoor meals simple and enjoyable.

Free high-speed wireless internet ensures you stay connected, whether you’re sharing vacation photos or streaming by the pool.

These alarms typically have a bypass button that allows the door to be opened for 7 seconds before the alarm goes off. These alarms must not be removed or tampered with in any way. Any evidence of tampering or damage to pool alarms will be billed to the credit card on file for the reservation.*

*This property requires a 7 night minimum stay. Check in and Check out must fall on a Saturday*

*Dogs 25lbs or Less are welcome, A $ 250+ tax pet fee is required per pet, This is a separate fee paid directly to Salty Mermaid Real Estate after booking. Pets that are not disclosed to our office will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation.

*Reservations that are 30 nights or longer will require a mid-stay clean, one of our rental agents will provide more information at the time of booking.*

*Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee & tea, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*Please note, all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian*

*Please note this is not a party or large gathering house. Noise complaints will result in eviction*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*
