Waterfront & Boating -

Anglers and boaters will love the private dock, quick access to Pine Island Sound, and easy boating routes to world-class fishing waters. Guests may tie up a boat at the dock, and there is ample space for boat-trailer parking. For monthly stays, access to the boat lift may be requested with owner approval.

The public boat ramp is within walking distance, making it easy to get out on the water. A fish-cleaning station is available along the dock, and stairs down to the water make launching a kayak from the seawall more convenient.

Outdoor Living -

Surrounded by tropical landscaping, the property feels like a peaceful island hideaway. Enjoy coffee by the canal, cast a line from the dock, fire up the gas grill for dinner, or take the owner-provided bicycles out for a leisurely ride through Matlacha.
A gas grill is provided; propane refills, if needed, are the guest’s responsibility.
