This spacious two-story, 2-bedroom, 3-bath condo offers plenty of room for families and groups of up to six.

**First Floor:** The main level features a spacious living area, open kitchen, full bathroom, and convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to your private ground-floor patio enclosed by a privacy fence.

**Primary Bedroom:** Located upstairs, the primary suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private full bathroom with updated modern tile, and sliding glass doors leading to the second-floor balcony.

**Guest Bedroom:** Also upstairs, the guest bedroom sleeps up to four with a twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the second-floor balcony.

**Second Floor:** A separate full bathroom off the hallway serves the guest bedroom and provides added convenience for larger groups.

Both upstairs bedrooms open onto the shared wood-deck balcony, providing an additional outdoor space to relax and enjoy the coastal air.

New Smyrna Beach offers the perfect mix of laid-back coastal living, great dining, and plenty to explore. Enjoy local restaurants and shops along Flagler Avenue and Canal Street, visit Smyrna Dunes Park, or spend the day on the area's beautiful beaches. Transit
A car is recommended for exploring New Smyrna Beach and the surrounding area, although many beachside destinations are easily reached by bicycle or golf cart. The beach, Flagler Avenue, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions are just a short ride away. Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services are also available throughout the area.

Access
Guests have private access to the entire two-story condo, including both bedrooms, three full bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit washer and dryer, second-floor balcony, and private fenced ground-floor patio. Any locked owner closets or storage areas are not accessible to guests.
