Ocean side pool home with private dock. Beautifully decorated with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath. The second bedroom has twin beds.

Downstairs is a suite with sleeping accommodations for 4 people. Linens and towels are provided for guests. Washer and Dryer are also provided for our guests to use. Smart TVs throughout the house and WIFI is provided.

Pool and large patio area are private. Everybody will enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool after a day on the water. Or if you just want to sit on the deck and absorb the beautiful Keys environment and sunshine.
Outside tables and Barbeque are provide for for the complete outdoor experience this home has to offer.

For traditional meals, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create your own dining masterpieces. Including quality cookware, appliances, dishes and silverware.

For the Boaters we have a 55ft concrete deep water dock that is fully protected by a jetty so your boat is in safe harbor. The is a fish cleaning station on the dock and running water.

Area Information

The property is situated on the Ocean side approximately one mile north of Tavernier Creek at MM92. Shopping and restaurants are all within one mile. Mariner's hospital is 1/4 mile away.

Boaters will find the location superb as the house is almost direct oceanfront with protected canal dockage. Public Boat Ramp is very close by at Harry Harris Park.

A public beach is available at Harry Harris Park as well.
