DELRAY NIGHTLY VACATION RENTALS is proud to present Oasis Palms House — Our home sits on the north end of Lake Ida, with the lawn running down to a covered dock at the water. It was built for two families sharing a house, for group trips, and for parents who want the kids occupied without leaving the yard. The heated pool holds around 85 degrees year-round, the dock holds two paddleboards and a kayak, and a six-passenger golf cart is parked out front. A morning on the water and an afternoon at the pool make an easy day of it.

All 2,700 square feet sit on a single level, with the kitchen, living, and dining areas opening into each other along the back of the home. The two king suites sit at opposite ends of the house, each with its own bath and its own workspace, which is what makes our home work for two families sharing a week. One opens directly onto the pool deck, with a small step down into the room. The other opens onto the terrace and holds a walk-in closet, with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower in its bath. The third king and the twin room share a full bath with a tub, so the kids have a tub of their own.
The backyard is the part our guests end up living in. The heated pool sits in the middle of it with six chaise lounges, three umbrellas, and a covered lanai for the hours when nobody wants more sun. An 85-inch outdoor Smart TV faces a dining table for eight and lounge seating for six, so the game stays on while the grill works. The firepit takes over after dark. Past the pool the lawn runs to a covered dock with kayak storage, and the whole yard is fenced and landscaped. A screened porch off the living room faces the pool, furnished with a couch, two chairs, and a ceiling fan.

• Primary guest must be 25 or older, and we need full names for everyone before check-in

FAQs
• Three exterior security cameras and a Ring doorbell cover the outside of our home. None are actively monitored, and we ask that they're left as they are. There are no cameras inside.
• Our pool does not have a gate or a lock, and Lake Ida is open water at the back of the lawn with nothing between the grass and the dock. Children need an adult with them at the pool and at the water. We keep four life jackets in the Bedroom 2 closet, two kids' medium, one adult large, and one adult small.
• The golf cart is included at no extra charge. Anyone driving it must be 25 or older and provide a copy of a valid driver's license and proof of car insurance, along with a signed liability agreement and a $2,000 credit card hold, all arranged before you arrive.
• Please keep the cart south of Woolbright, north of Linton, and east of I-95. That covers downtown Delray, the beach, and the whole Lake Ida neighborhood.
• There is a step down into Bedroom 1 on the way in from the hallway.
• Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM. Message us ahead of time if you'd like a later checkout and we'll accommodate when we can.
• Professionally cleaned between every stay, with fresh linens, bath towels, and pool towels ready when you arrive.

Boynton Beach & the North End of Lake Ida

Oasis Palms House sits in Boynton Beach, Florida, on the north end of Lake Ida — in South Palm Beach County, just north of downtown Delray Beach. The home is on the lake itself, with a fenced and professionally landscaped backyard that runs to a covered dock and direct paddle/kayak access.

Close to Downtown Delray

Downtown Delray Beach is the main draw most guests come for, and it's a short drive away.

• 9–10 minutes to Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray — dining, shopping, galleries, and nightlife between the Intracoastal and the ocean
• ~10 minutes to Sundy Village — Delray's new restaurant and retail district at Atlantic Avenue and Swinton Avenue, with its first phase now open
• 8–10 minutes (~1.7 miles) to the Delray Public Beach

Day Trips in Either Direction

Boca Raton sits about 15–20 minutes south, with West Palm Beach and Palm Beach a similar drive north. Fort Lauderdale and the Las Olas area are about 40 minutes south — easy day trips when you want a change of scenery.

Everyday Errands

Walmart Super Center, Publix, and a full range of pharmacies, salons, and services are all within a short drive. The included golf cart makes the closest stops easy without unloading the car.

• Palm Beach International (PBI): ~19 miles / ~27 minutes
• Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood (FLL): ~31 miles / ~40 minutes
• Miami International (MIA): ~54 miles / ~70 minutes

For most guests, PBI is the easiest arrival airport — close enough that you can drop into the house, change, and be at Atlantic Avenue for dinner within an hour of landing.
