REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A $1000.00 refundable security deposit is required for all reservations:
$250 one time fee when brining a dog
The refundable deposit covers any accidental or additional cleaning needs, including (but not limited to) things like:
Damage to walls, furniture, or baseboards
Stains or spills
Excessive cleaning
Carpet/upholstery cleaning
Dog-related damage (chewing, scratching, odors, accidents, etc.)
Deposits are fully refundable after checkout as long as the home is left in good condition and no additional cleaning or repairs are needed.
PAYMENT POLICY –
To secure your reservation, a signed Rental Agreement and HOA Community Rules acknowledgment are required. Documents will be emailed after your booking request.
A reservation deposit of 50% of total cost including fees and taxes is due after documents are signed.
Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Bookings within 60 days require full payment
CANCELLATION POLICY
To maintain fairness and protect our monthly calendar, we use a clear cancellation policy:
100% refund if canceled within 90 days of booking
50% refund if canceled between 89 days and 61 days before arrival
No refund if canceled inside 60 days of arrival
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for long-term stays

Such a pretty, peaceful and clean property!! I love the attention to healthy details!! This condo overlooks a golf course and pond with a sunrise view. I highly recommend this rental in these brand new condos! We will definitely be coming back!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo is relaxing, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully put together, which made it feel like home right away. The screened-in balcony was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Florida breeze. We truly loved our time here and would absolutely stay again.
