Great for Disney vacation families, NASCAR lovers, and anyone who loves a quiet beach front home with a private beach. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Intercoastal Waterway for kayaking and fishing. A 2 mile drive to the Intercoastal Bridge where you can rent kayaks, have kayaking tours and fishing equipment and tours as well.
We have a king sized bed in the master, with a deck overlooking the pool, tennis courts and intercoastal waterway, where you can enjoy the sunsets over the water. Our large second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Our small study off of the living room offers a double pull out couch.
We believe in comfort and the best beach experience, for which you will return year after year. We provide soft, high thread count sheets and towels, and upscale bath, body and hair products for our guests. We have all beach supplies needed: beach towels, beach blanket mats, cooler, chairs and sunscreen products. We even include toothbrushes, so all you need to bring is your swimsuit for your beach vacation!
Unique Benefits
Our unique ocean front top floor condo has no shared walls with any other building. It's been professionally decorated (we lucked out and purchased it that way) and it's amazing to listen to the ocean waves as night and in the morning by having a hot drink on the balcony overlooking the beach. The pool and tennis courts are just across the parking lot, and our master bedroom balcony overlooks the waterway - that way we get a sunrise over the beach and a sunset over the waterway!

Why Kids Love It
We have all the stuff needed for either a beach or pool experience, and our kids have an amazing time going back and forth between both. We have children's plates, cups and utensils and a separate bed/bath for the kids. We also have games for those rainy days!
Ormond Beach is the closest beach to Disney World, an hour twenty from Orlando Airport. We are situated on the oceanfront of a private beach area, and just a short walk to the Intercoastal Waterway. Ormond Beach is a part of a long narrow peninsula, from which we enjoy sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the waterway, the best of both worlds! OB is a small beach town with that small town vibe, right next to Daytona Beach, where you can enjoy NASCAR, Bike Week and the fun of the Daytona boardwalk. We offer several discounts to local businesses, so be sure to check them out!
We have numerous favorites, and several discounted options for our guests for restaurants. In Daytona Beach on the ocean boardwalk pier, you can enjoy great discounts at Joe's Crab Shack and The Roof. In Ormond Beach, best food by far is at Loggerheads Bar and Grill where we also have guest discounts! Another favorite is OB Cafe, and best oceanfront is Oceanside Beach Cafe.

Absolutely perfect place for our stay. Just north of Daytona was ideal with it being quiet and far enough away from the business in town but still a short drive to get there. The private beach access was great to walk to in the evenings and everything was exactly as described in the listing. We would love to stay again if we get the chance to be back in the area this fall! Thank you!

Lisa B.Stunning views from sunrise to sunset
This cozy two bedroom condo is located across the street from the ocean with nothing blocking the view. I awoke to watch the brilliant sunrise each morning from the living room. We were in a particularly cold winter spell, otherwise I would have been on the deck outside. From the sofa I could watch the waves throughout the day. I took long walks on the private beach whose access is directly across the street from the condo complex. In the evening, I watched the sun set from the deck off of the master bedroom overlooking the intercoastal waterway. There is a lovely pool that I did not access due to the cold front. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the community is quiet.
