The host was very attentive and gave great suggestions on things i needed answers on. All my questions were answered promptly. The location was perfect for my family and everything we needed was in walking distance and Walmart across the street was a plus.

This area is a party area & it showed! Had roaches & puke on our balcony, dirty drawers & food & tape on the walls, when reached out to discuss the didn’t acknowledge til the next morning after being extremely kind & great on communications til that point. No nightly light shows and elevators are awful in this area, pools also had lots of trash. I was not expecting my money back but just wanted a genuine apology rather than the blame being put on me for cleaning the areas for my family rather than documenting. They said they’ve sent people out for pest and cleaning issues before promptly so they’ve had these issues before & just aren’t concerned with my family. They then blocked me from messaging them again. The host was kind before then and if you’re into party scene this would be a good place if you can overlook the cleanliness issues. Overall the clean looked great it was the details that sucked, then to be treated that way after the money we spent as well.

Hair was on bathroom counter, hair was on sheets and dishes were dirty. So had to do laundry and clean the bathroom before I could start my vacation. Toilet tissue was broken and just barely hanging in wall.

We enjoyed our stay. Weather was perfect. Walking distance to the most beautiful beaches in the world. Place was spacious, clean. We had everything we needed. We love staying at Laketown wharf. Valeriya’s was a fantastic host. We will be back!

Val is a great host and quick to respond which is always helpful if there were to have been any issues. The condo is well located and is in a resort style setting. There are restaurants and shopping on site and next door. The beach is easily assessable by walking across the street. Walmart and other shopping is also easily assessable behind the condo. The condo itself was very clean and spacious. We had a wonderful time! Thanks, Val!

The condo was super clean, host was very helpful when it came to the condo, we had a few maintenance problem but she got it fixed fast except the ice machine and we had to buy ice. The resort itself was 5/10. There isn’t enough instructions or details on the resort, including cart rental for baggage, the bracelets are easily lost and come off. They make you feel super uncomfortable at the pool by staff constantly walking in circles asking for wristbands or calling peoples kids down. Rooftop pool sucks, no shade, no bar, big pool at the entrance doesn’t have enough seats so you have to sit on the ground. No golf carts allowed on property so you have to park in public parking if you return to the resort. We went 4th of July and there was 3 shootings and it was a mad house, I wouldnt suggest going there during holidays with kids. The beach chair rental has jet skis that fly right where the chairs are for the resort. Recommend going further down the beach!

Great location, close to local restaurants and walkable to a few. Being on the 1st floor made it very easy to never use the elevators and gave us quick access to the pool and quick walk to the beach. The condo was perfect for our family of 7 and had plenty of space including a larger balcony. Would highly recommend.

The rooms were great and the host was very responsive. The issues noted are with the resort and not the host. We were in PCB for a kids basketball tournament. Elevators were down which was hard getting luggage to and from the room., especially with little ones. The resort also needs more security because people were loud and fighting every night and there were gunshots heard outside of our room which was frigid everyone including the kids. Great host, great room, not so great area.

Clean room and host was very responsive. First floor room but still had to use elevator(long waits) if you had wagon or strollers. There was no outdoor table on the patio like in the photos. Decent walk to the beach. Pineapple Willy’s was nice to have across the street. Young crowd. Kitchen had everything you needed plus some.

Host is very responsive. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. Needs a new sofa as the cushions are quite sunk in. The view from the main master is gorgeous and peaceful. There is no heated pool like the ad states. So if you are coming past summer be prepared the water is pretty chilly. Beach access is easy and getting beach service was just as easy. Plenty to do. Pickle ball was fun located on ground floor, bring your own supplies. Lots of restaurants close by. Walmart is right across the street which was so nice! I would definitely rent this condo again!

The condo was as described. It was conveniently located near the elevators for my parents who have mobility issues. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and there was plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. There are tons of dishes and extras in the kitchen and they have both a kurig and regular coffee maker. The only complaint I would have would be that the couches are showing their age and are a little worn down but nothing that made our stay uncomfortable. This is our second year at the wharf and we love the location. It’s right across the street from the beach and there is plenty to do. Lots of places to eat as well. It would be nice if one of the pools at the location could be heated though as they only have 2 hot tubs and they are packed at night when it’s a tad cooler outside.

We are a family of 8. We take a Labor Day trip every year and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and slept our crew well. Loved that the condo came with chair service on the beach so we didn’t have to carry too many of our own.If I had any complaints, it would only be that the check-in counter was super slow and not very organized to be such a large lobby. If you weren’t renting from the facility, you had to stand in a super long line, In a little corner of the lobby. Other than that, our stay was GREAT!!Will definitely try to stay again with this host!

Greatly enjoyed our first trip to Panama City! It is a large condo with nice size pools and an easy walk to the beach! We really liked being on the 1st floor so we did not have to wait on the elevator.

Overall the hostess was GREAT! We had a little incident before getting to our location but Valeriya was responsive & handled everything for us. Only problems we had was front desk lady at night was kind of rude & wasn’t much help. Also whoever cleans the condos just needs to do a little better cleaning around the showers & changing the bed sheets. Found mold in one of the showers & one of the rooms smelled like the sheets wasn’t changed. I would give 5 stars for hostess but 1 star for cleaning crew.

My family and I loved our stay at this property. The fact that it is located on the first floor was so incredibly convenient. It was just a short walk to the beach with Walmart right across the street. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips and never had to wait for the elevator which was the biggest win.Our favorite thing about the stay was the multiple pools that we could use. The stay overall was great. The place was very clean, except for the sheets. There were noticeable stains on them and fake lashes left behind on the sheets which made us uncomfortable. We were able to sort it out with the host. Everything worked great. The air was very cool, except in the master bedroom which we couldn’t figure out. Nothing that was detrimental. Valeriya is by far the most responsive host. We had questions and she responded very quickly and was very friendly and helpful. We had issues with the beach chairs but just avoided the situation completely because it was too complicated. The pools at the condo were very busy, and the rooftop one was not very clean, but the chairs were great and we enjoyed relaxing on them since the ocean was closed. The bottom pool with the grill was the best one to hangout at. It was a lot cleaner and bigger. We loved the condo overall, and I was happy with its cleanliness. Valeriya is a great host!
