LISTING NOTES

→ The rental shall be made by an adult 21 years old and older who would stay at the premise.

→ Dog Friendly (With Conditions). Well-trained, potty-trained dogs are welcome. There is a $100 fee per dog (max 2 dogs) and a $200 refundable deposit.

→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.
