Lauderdale By The Sea is part of Ft Lauderdale and know for its unique location. From the property to your feet on the beach is approximately an 8 to 12 minute walk, depending on your pace, and 45 different varieties of restaurants in town to choose from, additionally lots of shops, boutique, spas to all walking distance from the house.

The property is located in a very quiet high-end neighborhood, yet a short walk to all the action in town including live music. Property is a four bedroom house, three bedrooms have king size beds, and one of the bedrooms has bunkbeds that can sleep five. Property sleeps a total of 10 people. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. the master has a bathtub with two individual sinks. The pool has an outdoor shaded dining area that seats eight, including a love seat and several lounge chairs on the sun deck, a BBQ, the backyard is privately gated, the pool is heated in the colder months when temperatures stay in the high mid 70’s. We do accept pets for an additional fee of $400 and $250 per extra pet, depending on weight and size must be approved with owner prior to booking. The property has outdoor cameras and ( no ) indoor cameras, property has been fully renovated and is well equipped for all your needs, just need to bring your own personal needs and toiletries. Area Information

Lauderdale by the sea is known for great restaurants shopping, and if one does not want to be carrying beach chairs to the beach, they have someone on the beach renting their long lounge beach chairs with their large umbrellas. This town is unique, everything is walking distance from the house, including a young children’s park that was newly renovated and basketball courts for the older kids again all walking distance from the property.
