West Haven 5bed - pool/spa home - Gated nr Champions Gate

A spacious 2 floor, pool home, located in The Hamlet at West Haven.
5 Bedrooms, comprising of a King Master & ensuite bathroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms, and 2 Twin Bedrooms, both have 2 twin beds (singles). Shared family bathroom. Sleeps 10.
Full kitchen with white appliances, including oven/stove, microwave, American refrigerator and dishwasher.
Breakfast nook that seats 4, additional seating at the breakfast bar. Formal dining seating 8.
Family room with wide screen tv, patio doors out to the pool deck.
Sitting room for relaxing.
Games room with a pool table.
Large pool deck with patio furniture for alfresco dining and 4 sun loungers for relaxing in the Florida sun.
Pool and spa.

The sliding patio doors lead to the pool deck with seating and large table under the balcony shade, with a screened in lanai area.
Pool and spa may be heated for an extra fee and arranged for the cooler months (Oct-March ) at the time of booking.

Home is fully furnished with towels and linens and sleeps a maximum of 10 people .
There are 3 bathrooms:
1 is on the ground floor with a nearby bedroom.
There is the master en suite with garden tub, walk in shower, twin vanity sinks, separate toilet cubicle , and a walk in Closet.
On this level we also have 2 more Queen bedrooms , and an additional twin Bedroom, plus shared bathroom with tub/shower combo,
Single vanity sink and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and there is a laundry with washer and dryer.
Pool towels are provided for guests use.

Starter packs of groceries may be arranged for your arrival which are payable locally.
We do provide hand soap, toilet tissue and complimentary kitchen liquid detergent, paper towel and dishwasher tabs.
Garbage is collected once a week on MONDAY (moving to the next day if we have a US holiday)
Bins must be placed at the curb the night before (SUNDAY) for an early collection.

Driveway parking for 2 Vehicles.
No overnight street parking. Towing is enforced within the community.
Keyless entry with a Gate Code and Door Code.
No Smoking or Pets

Area Information

West Haven is located in Davenport and is a group of separate communities all gated within this area. The homes are 3,4,5 and 6 bedrooms, most with private pools and there are communities within that have their own small community pool and playgrounds. The development is lush in landscaping and is only a few minutes from both the SR27 (Highway 27) and the Interstate 4 (I-4) Exit 58 - both of which will get you into the Orlando theme parks and surrounding restaurants and stores. The development is approximately 10 minutes drive away from Posner Park shopping center which has a Cinemax theater as well as various eateries, plus stores like Target, JCPenney, Best Buy, Ross, and various food stores, Starbucks, Culvers and Panera Bread.
