Newly renovated two story townhome in a private gated community located in Jupiter between US Highway 1 and the Atlantic Ocean. Fully decorated and appointed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable with the kitchen, dining and living area with powder room located on the first floor and two bedrooms with a king size bed and private bath located on the second floor.

No pets permitted.

Enjoy a walk using our private access to the beach or ride our bikes to access the blue ocean waters. Stand up paddle boards provided for the adventurous to enjoy your day at the beach. A short walk westward across US-1 to Jupiter Riverwalk, which takes you to where you will find casual and fine dining , as well as, charming shops along the inter-coastal waterway.

No Smoking or Pets Permitted... this is the owners personal residence that the owners make available for guests on a seasonal basis, when not occupied by the owners, during the time of year when it's cold outside "UP NORTH" but nice and warm here in Florida.

Area Information

Jupiter is a very desirable area located in the Northern part of Palm Beach County with a wide selection of casual and fine dining with many restaurants located nearby. The Jupiter Inlet is a great spot for the avid fisherman. The area has the finest beaches and activities all close by. The townhome is located walking distance to the beach with private access or you can choose to ride the bikes provided to our "on site" pavilion, right at the beach. Take in remarkable sunrises or spend the day basking in the sun or dance the night away with locals at the Friday Night Dance and Beach Party. Harbourside Shoppes are just a short drive away and the movie theatre is located just across from the Harbourside Shoppes. Also, there are golf courses galore.
