This condo (708W) was perfect! As soon as I walked in the door I could see the amazing views of the gulf. It was very clean, smelled clean and fresh, and was adorably decorated. The living room and king bedroom both had access to the balcony and I loved sitting out there in the evening watching the sun set with a to go drink from Pineapple Willy’s next door. Brenda was fantastic to work with and very responsive to questions. This will definitely be my place to stay when visiting PCB! Thank you, Brenda for sharing your wonderful condo!

The condo was very nice and had a beach theme!! It was clean and well cared for. The location was great and has a breathtaking view from both bedrooms and living area/balcony. The owner was very nice and responded promptly. Would definitely rent the unit again! Loved that it was gained so just anyone couldn’t come in or out. Felt very safe there.

The location really cannot be beat. The views and ease of access to the beach were terrific. The flooring and paint had been updated from what the original pictures had shown which was a nice surprise. Host was accommodating and responded quickly when needed. Only issues we had were the spare room was pretty small especially with two kids and having just the one bathroom turned out to be a bit of a hurdle but we knew that going in. All in all, great place, great location, has everything we needed for our stay. LOVED drinking my coffee every morning out on that balcony looking out at the beach and waves!
