As you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by stunning views through the 8-foot sliding glass doors that lead to a paver pool deck, overlooking an expansive 200-foot-wide turnaround basin.

The Open Floor Plan allows natural light to flood the complete living area.

The house has a Split Floor Plan with Master Bedroom with Ensuite, on east side of the house. In the middle is the Kitchen, Family room and 2nd Livingroom AKA Reading room/Coffee bar.
On the west side of the house, is two separate Guest Bedrooms each with a Queen-sized bed with Smart Tv's. In between the two Guest Bedrooms is a Full Bath with a Shower. This setup allows for privacy for all Guests, especially if traveling with Adult Children.

Breathtaking Sunsets from the Lanai & Saltwater Pool. Within the Lanai, there is a Barbeque, Outdoor Shower with a half bath for added convenience.
