Yes, there is a marina on site and guests can bring up to a 60’ vessel and keep it at Mariners Club. It is just steps from the home. The slip cost is separate and per foot per night. This is handled through April Odoms at the front office. Your host can help you coordinate this, Trailer parking and a boat launch are both just 1/2 mile from the home.
Yes, your stay includes full use of the outdoor basketball, pickleball, tennis courts as well as the 2 pools, jacuzzis, BBQ grills, Game Room and Fitness Center. The indoor pickleball courts are paid by the guest by the hour and reserved through the Court Reserve app.
Beach towels, sunscreen, pool lounge chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, soft and rollable cooler, sand toys, sports equipment, infant and baby life jackets, starter pack of coffee, espresso, creamer and sugar, garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, paper towel, toilet paper and sponges. Dish towels, fully stocked kitchen including spices, pots and pans, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, cappuccino machine, griddle, toaster, blender, bake wear, serving platters, placemats, linen napkins, wine glasses, plates, insulated cups, coffee mugs, toddler cups, plates and silverware, grilling utensils, steak knives and Tupperware. Baby gates, a pack and play with mattress and sheets and a high chair are also provided.
Unit 604 is just a few steps from the Oasis Pool, the largest pool in the Florida Keys! You walk out of the driveway, take a right across the small parking lot down a path right to the entrance. Guests love this close location while not being directly at the pool and free from any pool noise in the home.
There are 2 Sandy beach areas, but without direct ocean access for swimming. The 2 pools give you ocean views and boating from the marina gets you right on the ocean. There are two beaches with swimming access within 5 miles of the home. Harry Harris Park and John Pennecamp State Park.
Two vehicles are included in your reservation. For additional cars or boat trailer parking, many guests use a boatyard storage just 1/2 mile from the home. Your host can connect you with them.
