Located on the well known Dona Bay with easy gulf access. Sit out by the water and enjoy dolphin and manatee sightings or try you hand at several outdoor activities like fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking etc. A few minutes to Nokomis and Venice beach. Very close to charming Venice Island.

The space
Everything is new in this cottage. Enjoy being on the water in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. You can easily walk to several attractions in the area. There’s a private bedroom and the couch unfolds into a very comfortable bed. Full kitchen, two TVs, and a washer dryer combo unit. If you were to need anything else to make your stay more comfortable, please let me know. Plenty of activities, including kayaking or try your hand at paddle boarding. Set up a boat ride and go fishing or maybe just go dock and dine for the day! Very close to Venice Island which is a small, but very friendly spot with top rated restaurants and shops!
