We had a wonderful 2 week stay . The location is perfect for beach lovers or just for hanging out by the pool or hot tub ! The house is well maintained, comfy beds & the kitchen nicely equipped ! Tami is a wonderful host & reached out to us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation ! Would definitely rent again !

This was our first, but not last, visit to AMI and it was PERFECT! Sailfish Nest was perfect for our family of four with two preteens! The neighborhood was very calm and peaceful and close to everything. The home was extremely clean and filled with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, quality pots and pans, small appliances, bakeware, and even food storage containers. There was plenty of space to prepare meals and enjoy them inside or outside at the spacious dinner tables. The outdoor living area was perfect! When we weren't at the beach, we spent our time playing in to pool, relaxing in the spa, and playing ping pong (this was a hit with our kids). The outdoor furniture was great quality and everything was very clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, and beach/pool toys were an unexpected and welcome surprise! They were all in great condition and made packing up for the beach so easy. The beach was absolutely incredible!! The white sand and turquoise waters are breathtaking! Make it a priority to take the short walk to the beach and catch every sunrise and sunset. And be sure to visit Bean Point....even more incredible views! AMI was the perfect fall getaway and we can't wait to return!

We just returned from the perfect trip to Anna Maria Island! Sailfish Nest is a stellar property…the home is beautifully appointed, the location is a short walk to pretty Holmes Beach, the outdoor pool area is just lovely. My husband and I traveled with another couple and we could not have been happier. The owners have done everything to make the space OUTSTANDING…from a well stocked kitchen, board games, plenty of towels(and make up towels!), beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, cooler to a ping pong table and tv in the outside room. It’s truly a beautiful place. We rented a golf cart for the week and traveled around from Bean Point to Coquina Beach. We enjoyed all our meals…Ugly Grouper, Hurricane Hanks, Wicked Cantina, Sandbar, The Feast..and awesome burgers at Skinny’s. Anna Maria is beautiful, sunsets are incredible and Sailfish Nest is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the island. A home away from home.Tamie was wonderfully accommodating to work with as well.
