Payment Terms
$500 USD deposit is due upon signing the rental agreement to secure your reservation.
Remaining balance for the rental period is due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. (For Jan-March reservations 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date).
A $1,000 USD security deposit is required and will be returned shortly after departure, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning requirements, missing items, or other outstanding charges.
The rental price includes applicable taxes, HOA transfer fees, and the golf membership transfer fee. (Golf membership includes free range balls and use of practice grounds).
Please note: The golf association charges an additional $60 per person golf cart fee / round of 18 holes.
Cancellation Policy
Because this is a privately owned vacation property and the dates are reserved exclusively for your stay, all payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates.
If the cancelled dates are successfully re-rented, we will refund the amount recovered from the replacement reservation, less any difference in rental income, fees, or other costs associated with re-renting the property.

This 4th floor condo is amazing! It is private and peaceful. The views from the lanai are everything you’d want - watch the birds flying in the protected area and overlook the golf course and water driving range. The practice chipping and putting area is right there too! You can easily walk to golf, work out, resort main pool and Tiki Bar. This condo is all you’d want for a relaxing vacation. The bonus is the owner! Bert (and Valerie) are very responsive and pro-active on the details of this vacation property. My husband and I are first timers to WPG Community, and we will be back.
