The Tenant(s) shall be obligated to pay a Security Deposit in the amount of $1,000.00. Upon
termination of an Agreement, Landlord shall return the Security Deposit within a reasonable amount
of time or in accordance with State law, whichever is longest.
The Tenant(s) shall be allowed to check-in at 04:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM.
Under no circumstance shall the Tenant(s) be allowed to have any type of pet on the Property unless a
licensed physician has authorized its use due to a psychiatric or physical disability.
The Property is furnished by the Landlord. Landlord shall provide the following furnishings as
part of an Agreement:
Bedroom Set(s) - Including but not limited to beds, pillows, sheets, nightstands, and lighting fixtures.
Dining Room Set(s) - Including but not limited to tables, chairs, and other items that complete a dining
room set.
Kitchenware - Including but not limited to pots, pans, utensils, cleaning supplies, and other everyday
items that complete a kitchen set.
Living Room Set(s) - Including but not limited to couches, chairs, sofas, televisions, desks, and other
common living room items.
*Note: Golf association does charge a $ 60 p/p golf cart fee.

This 4th floor condo is amazing! It is private and peaceful. The views from the lanai are everything you’d want - watch the birds flying in the protected area and overlook the golf course and water driving range. The practice chipping and putting area is right there too! You can easily walk to golf, work out, resort main pool and Tiki Bar. This condo is all you’d want for a relaxing vacation. The bonus is the owner! Bert (and Valerie) are very responsive and pro-active on the details of this vacation property. My husband and I are first timers to WPG Community, and we will be back.
