This property has requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,750 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $65 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

NatashaThe Air B&B was nice but there were a lot of things that were a question mark.To start the design and layout was beautiful.The first issue we had, I reached out to let them know we woulda arrive at night. When we arrived we couldn’t get in with the code, multiple calls but eventually they did text back.The area was pitch black so also hard to navigate a key pad with no light in a new area.The upstairs master had a cock a roach upon arrival (alive) and stains on the pillows with an eyelash strip in the sheets.There was a lot of damages and wear and tear like broken shelves in the closet, wall damage throughout the property (took pictures in case they tried to charge us).The backyard was not cleaned with multiple spider webs so we did have to clean off all furniture and hose it down prior to use.A lot of pluses though; pool floats for the kids, bbq grill with propane included, A COFFEE POT !Overall it was great but there were a few things that could be fixed.

SierrahOur host was very responsive and made everything easy. The house was perfect for our weekend bachelorette getaway. It was spacious, clean, and exactly what we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

FaithWe stayed four days. While the place has potential, there were many issues. Ants in one bed, stained sheets and pillows. Denied early check-in due to cleaner, yet found wrappers under furniture. Fridge didn’t work for hours; host said it “takes time.” Listing says sleeps 12, but with 10 guests we still ran out of towels and toilet paper. Garbage disposal was broken and the trash bin was already full. Worst was the front door lock failing—reported right away, but it took a full day to fix, leaving our belongings unsecured. Asked for notice before repair, but maintenance arrived unannounced. That night our code was changed without warning, locking us out until we got the new one. Needs updates, better cleaning, and pest control—there were far too many bugs in the house.

AmandaWe LOVED our stay!!! Place was exactly like pictures (not always the case we have previously experienced)! Location was great! Neighborhood was quiet and a quick walk right to the beach! We were there for baseball and picked this house also for the location as it was close to both locations and it work out great. We had no issues with anything at the house but the local road construction was a bit brutal going and coming from different locations within Panama City. All host were excellent and super helpful! Definitely recommend stay here!

MadisonIf you are looking to stay in the area BOOK THIS PLACE!! It’s absolutely incredible, new and fully renovated with a peaceful backyard and walk to the beach. Was perfect for my girls trip and my guests couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved the house and didn’t want to leave. The host Cody was very responsive and accommodating to all the questions I had. About a 15-20 min drive to downtown Panama City :) PLEASE do yourself a favor and book with Cody!!!!!

Earle A.Our friends and family come down to PCB every year to support our Gwinnett Lions Rugby Team. Let me tell you, THIS HOME IS BY FAR THE BEST WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT. Pulling into the home, just beautiful inside and out. Fits 4 vehicles in the driveway easy. And, plenty of side street parking in front of the home as well! The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully decorated, kitchen was so spacious - had everything you needed from pots and pans, cooking utensils, plenty of plates and glassware even for children. They had everything you need to tend to your friends and family! Living room was extremely cozy. AC was 100% and kept us nice and cool from the hot summer weather! The backyard was so private and the pool was amazing! 4 MIN WALK TO BEACH. Overall, we felt right at home.And, Jordan was always very responsive when we needed to reach out! Thank you again for having us!This trip was definitely one for the books and we will be keeping this home as our favorite for years to come!

KatieThis house was a godsend for us! We had a horrendous day of travel and were able to book this house last minute after our flights to Ft. Myers were cancelled. JessSuch a lovely place. So close to the beach and at a great price point. Had 2 families with little staying together and the house is so beautifully set up and accommodating for kids. Lots of pool toys, quite place even though it’s a town house. We had neighbors next to us renting out the space and never heard them even when outside. Host was really responsive, kind and quick to answer.

VioletGreat place, awesome vibes, and amazing decor ! Loved every minute of my stay and so did my group. We had such a fantastic time here ! The hosts are amazing at responding and are such a big help when it comes to anything you need ! I highly reccomend staying here if you are even in the PCB area. It’s just down the road from the beach and a short drive to all of the outlet stores/pier park!
