Walking distance to kayak rentals, 1 mile to Swampy’s Waterfront Restaurant and Blue Run Park. Minutes to KP Hole Park and Rainbow Springs State Park. Down the street from the historic shops where you can antique your heart out!

Step inside and feel the warm, boho-chic vibe. The spacious, open living area features comfortable couches, a TV for streaming your favorites, and a cabinet filled with board games and books for cozy evenings in.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for four. It has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a full-size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Enjoy your creations at the dining table, which expands to seat four.

Each of the three serene bedrooms offers a brand new queen-sized bed, a large closet with hangers, and a dresser for your belongings. After a day on the river, you'll have two full bathrooms to refresh in—one with a walk-in shower and another with a shower/tub combination. We provide essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper.

Enjoy Florida's beautiful weather from the spacious front porch with your morning coffee, or head to the fenced backyard. Here you'll find a covered dining table for six, a brand new griddle grill for cookouts, and a cornhole set for some friendly competition.

You will have private access to the entire home and yard. Enjoy a seamless arrival with self check-in using a secure code for the smart lock.

Convenience is key. You can easily walk to nearby kayak rentals to start your river adventure. While many attractions are a short stroll away, a car is recommended to fully explore all that the Dunnellon area has to offer.

For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.

1.Swampy’s… our fave… super fun and (less than 1 mile from the house- it’s right on the river. Def sit at a table on the water!
2.The Breakfast Station… also prob less than 1 mile away in the shopping center. Basically diner style and super yummy for breakfast ️
3.Rivera Maya Mexican- best margs ever! Less than a mile away.
4.Don Pepe’s Mexican restaurant

Inside Scoop

Rainbow Springs State Park- it’s less than 5 min away… It has a hiking trail that is about 5 miles full loop. But if you wanted to just walk in the beginning of it to see the waterfalls and the head spring which is GORGEOUS it’s probably a half mile of walking and on paved ground. You can also rent kayaks and SUP here… but if you do, you paddle down and have to paddle back up or can stay at the top and float around.

KP Hole Park is the most popular kayak, tube rental. Tubing season runs April to end of Sept.

There’s several other kayak rentals that launch at their location just minutes from our house… you can float down the river (it has a natural current that goes downstream… so you barely have to do any work if you kayak or tube downstream ) and get out at Blue Run (which is right by our house and Swampy’s). At Blue Run they have these busses that shuttle you back to the kayak rental places so you can get back to your car. ️
