Wake up to the gentle sounds of waves lapping against the mangroves and take in serene river views from your private sanctuary. The condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay — from a stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry to plush linens and bath essentials.

Enjoy exclusive community amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, and private parking. For your beach days, towels and chairs are provided — please return them after use for the next guests to enjoy.

Please note:

- The condo is located on the third floor, accessible by stairs only (no elevator or ramp).
- Guests have exclusive access to the entire unit, except for the locked owner’s and HVAC closets.
- Self check-in is available with a secure code provided prior to arrival.
- A doorbell camera is installed for guest safety and peace of mind.

Care & Use of the Home: We kindly ask that you treat the condo and its amenities with care. Please use all appliances and fixtures as intended so that they remain in great condition for you and future guests to enjoy.

Entertainment & Streaming: The family room features a 65-inch Vizio Smart TV with free access to a variety of non-cable streaming channels, including options for news and movies. If you’d like to access your favorite cable or subscription services, feel free to log into your personal accounts (like YouTube TV, Apple TV, or Hulu) directly on the Smart TV.
