No drive section of Ormond Beach. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars to walk to as well as a Publix grocery store and Dollar General nearby.
Most people drive cars, but many ride bicycles and use the sidewalks to walk to nearby stores, restaurants, bars and parks. There is also a public transit system that uses buses.
-The ocean and pool are just an elevator ride away.
-The unit has an enclosed balcony and faces the Halifax River, however, you can enjoy panoramic ocean views from the Owners’ Lounge across the hall from 8AM to 10 PM.
-Beach gear is provided for you to use including towels, cooler, chairs, tent and umbrella no need for you to haul it from home.
-You can wash and dry your clothes in the unit while you read a book by the pool or lay out on the beach. Starter laundry detergent packs provided.
- Meals are easier for you in this fully stocked kitchen including refrigerator with ice dispenser, range with easy clean cooktop, microwave and dishwasher with lots of small appliances; including toaster, blender, hand mixer, air fryer and crock pot to make cooking easy.
-You do not have to hunt for a place to charge your devices here or move furniture to find an outlet. There are plenty of charging ports on the outlets throughout the unit and charging banks as well to keep your devices powered up.

Right outside is the Atlantic Ocean with a lifeguard stationed in sight and Tom Renick Park that has a playground and picnic area. Surf lessons are offered by Citrus Surf Shop just a five minute walk North on the A1A. There are some bars and locally owned restaurants within walking distance as well.
Surf and Scoops ice cream offers many flavors and huge portions. We like to walk there to attempt to offset the calories. Hull’s Seafood Restaurant and Market has their own fishing fleet so you know the seafood is fresh. There are so many great restaurants in the area and we have most of them listed in our digital guidebook that we send to our guests.
Drive the Ormond Scenic Loop & Trail at sunrise or sunset.
It’s a 30+ mile drive under a canopy of live oaks and palms with glimpses of the Halifax River, marshes, and the Atlantic. Locals love it because it feels like “Old Florida” — untouched and peaceful. Early morning, you’ll often spot deer, wild turkeys, or even manatees in the waterways. At sunset, the light streaming through the oak tunnels is magical, and it’s something most tourists miss because they stick to A1A or the beach itself.
Another bonus: locals know that the Ormond Scenic Loop has several secret pull-offs where you can park, walk a few steps, and have the river all to yourself.

Pool & lounge: The community pool and owners’ lounge are shared spaces. Please be respectful of other guests and posted quiet hours. Pool is heated seasonally and may be closed for repairs at anytime without prior notice.
Parking: Free on-site parking is included. Oversized vehicles and trailers are not allowed by the HOA and may not fit.
