Sitting on the largest lot in the community and beautifully decorated, it's the perfect layout to have quality time together or spread out into one of the 3 living areas or on the gigantic back patio when everyone needs their own space. You'll have a fantastic time in the Frozen-themed game room (pool table, air hockey, Fooseball, TV), 2 kids rooms: Princess and Mickey/Minnie. The pool is GIGANTIC; it’s in the top 1% of vacation rental pools

Pool is 40 feet long & 20 feet wide, typical pools are 15 to 20 feet

The spa is also much larger than other properties

The expansive back patio is very private, not overlooked by adjacent properties

Sitting area under the covered patio has a 55 inch TV with soundbar and also a Bluetooth speaker

Pool and spa have internal lighting and there’s also plenty of exterior lighting at night on the back patio

This house is as close to Disney as it gets.

It’s on over a ¼ acre in Rolling Hills Estates on a quiet cul-de-sac.

This premium lot size is in stark contrast to other crowded vacation homes.

Rolling Hills is the second closest community to Disney

LIVING ROOM:

The living room has comfy sofa, love seat and chair with a 55 inch TV and a Karaoke machine with some great songs so you can enjoy some family fun.

FAMILY ROOM:

The back family room has a 60 inch TV, leather sectional, ceiling fan and looks out to the pool.

GAME ROOM:

The Frozen-themed Air Conditioned game room has a unique sparkly floor, 46 inch TV, pool table, full-size air hockey and foosball.

KITCHEN

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a stainless steel dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, Samsung French door refrigerator/freezer with filtered water, ice maker (cubed and crushed), garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, crockpot, electric skillet etc.

Pantry for storage.

It is generously stocked with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and assorted high-quality pots and pans.

A large breakfast room with views of the pool is adjacent to the kitchen.

LAUNDRY ROOM:

The laundry room features a Speed Queen Commercial grade Washer and Dryer, broom & dustpan, Swiffer mop, iron & ironing board
